前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨，衞生，無異味。床上用品及毛巾浴巾乾淨，衞生。24小時熱水好。有電梯。有自己的停車場，管理人員指揮停車入位，態度好。購物方便，不遠有一大超市。吃飯方便，旁邊30米處有一快餐店，物美價廉。圖中車轍為古蹟。

是家老酒店，房間挺大，設施有點陳舊，但還算乾淨，洗澡水也熱。含在房費裏的早餐還是很簡單的，三個小饅頭包子和一個雞蛋一小碗粥。

早餐服務極差，今天七點開始早餐，我們趕時間到碼頭擺渡到海口，七點到二層吃早餐，給了四張餐票，吧枱裏的服務員在看手機餐券就放在枱子上了，我們特意跟她説我們趕時間快一點，過了十來分鐘上來兩份早餐，我們説我們四個人一起上來的還有兩份為什麼不一起上來，服務員説你們給我兩張餐券吧？我們説四個人住宿給你四張，幾個服務員開始核對餐券，又等了七八分鐘才又上來兩份早餐，時間來不急了就拿雞蛋趕去碼頭了。

酒店有獨立停車場，一般不會沒有停車位。其他一般。主業是餐飲，早茶，茶點不錯，人很多。住宿是副業，順帶的。沒有單獨的住宿早餐餐廳，是和早茶餐廳一起一般沒地方坐，因為人家都有預訂，感覺住宿就是順便的。會員將近300元的價格，早餐不貴，饅頭和粥，白水蛋。是配好的！第一次吃這種早餐，大抵是害怕耽擱人家的早茶生意。
最後如果去海南建議，強烈建議住湛江。徐聞縣城臟亂差，鬼火少年多，開車跟瘋了似的。

不好，設施陳舊，地下停車庫那個大坡開進去容易出來難，關鍵的是早餐，他們二樓和三樓都是飯店，按理是挺好的，可本地人特別多，我們住宿的都沒地方吃，點了4碗麪，上來了四碗方便麪，真是暈死，體驗感很差

總體來説還行，下面是飯店，上面是住宿。
早餐就是在樓下早茶店，一人一份，非自助，沒什麼東西。衹是能吃飽而已。
停車方面，一個立體停車場，我沒去，去了酒店地下，然後那個坡超級陡，進出都需要人指揮，尤其上來，一加油就輪胎打滑，試了好幾次才上去，技術不過關要慎重地下啊。
