The hotel is modern, with a lot of smart functions in the room. The bed is very comfortable, everything is clean. The staff are professional and polite and there is no problem checking in as a foreigner (we had a problem at another hotel in the city centre before coming to this one). The location is convenient for Hai'an Ferry Port and also close enough to the city centre. I'd say it's a bit expensive but that is often the case in smaller cities. Overall I'd recommend it.

設施：齊全，房間有點小。
衞生：打掃乾淨，但衞生間有尿騷味。
環境：在縣中心，但也安靜。
服務：還好，停車位緊張的情況，保安會帶去遠一點的地方停車。
本次假期基本都是住維也納的酒店，窗簾有點漏光，早上六點就很亮了。

這個酒店可能是徐聞比較好的酒店了，雖然在維也納系列的酒店中很一般。維也納的洗髮水應該換個牌子，不好用，洗完頭髮很澀很澀，這幾天連住幾個城市的維也納，第一天用過洗髮水後，就換了自帶的。
設施：：智能小度很好，房間小，衞生間有點侷促，勝在花灑水大，沒有燒水壺，有個飲水機，沒研究怎麼用，早餐可以。
衞生：房間潮氣很重，打開空調可以去潮氣。
環境：標間臨街，很吵。
服務：服務不錯，我充電器遺忘，前台給我打了電話，並且郵寄給我。前台有紅棗、枸杞，可以自取泡水。

一：8601房吹風機是壞的，我是不是也要投訴你們？
二：護髮素是空的典型的房務檢查不到位，我是不是又要去投訴你們？
三：這次是帶了三個家庭親子出遊，多了一個小孩都不給吃早餐後來補了錢才能吃。在吃過程中我還沒吃完，早餐就收完了。
四：特別是前台服務有待提高，前台是你們的臉面廣告，規矩是死的人是活的，不懂變通。至今我沒有打一個投訴電話吧？你們就不一樣了，多了一個小孩沒早餐卷也不懂變通一下。
最後，在朋友面前説我是維也納酒店白金卡會員，丟人。

前台服務員很熱情，房間整潔衞生乾淨，設施齊全，房間小度音也很好，床睡着很舒服，還送了早餐！吃喝玩樂就在樓下，特別推薦對面城東美食城，鮮美魚湯和鹽擦鴨非常不錯，燒烤食材新鮮，老闆很熱情，非常值得推薦！

房間5點光線就很足，住的房間隔壁還有養雞的，5點就被雞叫吵醒了，凌晨2點還可以聽到對面樓房大聲喧嘩。這是住過的維也納最差的了。出差晚上12點多進入大廳，也沒有人招呼。

大堂設有迷你水吧和圖書角，晚上吃完飯可以坐在大堂喝喝咖啡看看書真的很愜意😌房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情衞生，還送了早餐，很豐盛。地理位置超級方便，吃喝玩樂就在樓下，而且酒店就在徐聞港口附近，去海南必經之路。來徐聞住這裏絕對不會錯！
