酒店房間樓層很高，視野非常好，服務非常好，可以説是星級的標準，酒店的服務可以感受到是真的是用心在服務。真的感覺物超所值！前台服務員熱情好客，服務態度特別好，房間也很乾凈。

半夜才到了酒店前台，美女還幫我們升級了房型，停車又很方便，就在門口這邊，吃宵夜的地方好近，床鋪也很舒服，體驗感不亞於之前住的四星級酒店，價位很合適 性價比太高了

經常來徐聞出差知道會潮，但是這家酒店房間牆壁、衣櫃都沒有黴點或潮味，床墊和被褥也都挺乾爽蓬鬆的，衞生間硅膠封邊也沒有發黑跡象，可見酒店在建築選材、日常維護和定期除濕方面做得非常出色

出來這幾天，算是睡了個好覺，床品很不錯～
酒店有停車場，還有充電樁，位置也很便捷，離海安新港也就六七公里
特別值得一提的是，酒店的服務態度很好很推薦～

酒店管理一看就很有經驗，客房的服務車衹會停放在走廊一側，不會阻礙通行，後勤員工工作時交談輕聲細語，動作很利落，垃圾清理及時，公告區域從早上到晚上一直保持着整潔

同行的朋友腿腳不便，觀察到酒店門口有無障礙坡道，電梯也寬敞。前台特意安排了一層的房間，省去很多麻煩。衞生間門框是平的，沒有門檻，輪椅通行無障礙，考慮得很周到。

酒店位置在主街，一點也不偏僻，附近有一家甜品店，老顏檸檬水很酸爽，早上還有很多早餐攤，蝦餅、小籠包、粉湯都很好吃，臨走的適合酒店還給幫忙叫了出租車 服務可以

衞生間乾濕分離做得徹底，淋浴區地面用了防滑石材，下水很快不會積水，鏡面做了防霧處理，熱水打開後依然清晰，客房的毛巾很厚實，吸水性也很好，頭髮能擦大半乾

暑期帶娃自駕旅行，從湛江過海海口，湛江落腳一晚。選了半天，是湛江價格比較貴的酒店，看評價也還可以，入住之後真是一言難盡！
大堂很氣派，前台接待中規中矩吧
房間設施非常老舊，這個實際還可以接受
衞生間洗澡，噴頭角度不能調節，會從門縫流出，所以洗個澡衞生間全是水，還有死蟑螂的屍體！
床單被罩都有破的地方，這酒店也是夠節省的，無語😓 以上這些都可以忍，最不能忍受的，床單、被子都是潮濕的，人躺在上面濕冷濕冷的，特別難受，一宿都沒睡，多躺兩天都得得關節炎。房間地板早上起來也都是一層水汽。太差了，住了多年酒店，頭回遇到，還不如快捷酒店。
跟酒店溝通，説是因為下雨☔️ 我就納悶了，湛江臨海，夏季多雨，這不是事實嗎，作為一家酒店，不應該有對應的措施嗎？最起碼床單被罩要烘乾啊～ 所有靠海的酒店都是濕被子嗎！太差了！估計是個國企，挺差勁，愛住不住的感覺。網上的好評都是刷的，差評！差評！
