暑期帶娃自駕旅行，從湛江過海海口，湛江落腳一晚。選了半天，是湛江價格比較貴的酒店，看評價也還可以，入住之後真是一言難盡！
大堂很氣派，前台接待中規中矩吧
房間設施非常老舊，這個實際還可以接受
衞生間洗澡，噴頭角度不能調節，會從門縫流出，所以洗個澡衞生間全是水，還有死蟑螂的屍體！
床單被罩都有破的地方，這酒店也是夠節省的，無語😓 以上這些都可以忍，最不能忍受的，床單、被子都是潮濕的，人躺在上面濕冷濕冷的，特別難受，一宿都沒睡，多躺兩天都得得關節炎。房間地板早上起來也都是一層水汽。太差了，住了多年酒店，頭回遇到，還不如快捷酒店。
跟酒店溝通，説是因為下雨☔️ 我就納悶了，湛江臨海，夏季多雨，這不是事實嗎，作為一家酒店，不應該有對應的措施嗎？最起碼床單被罩要烘乾啊～ 所有靠海的酒店都是濕被子嗎！太差了！估計是個國企，挺差勁，愛住不住的感覺。網上的好評都是刷的，差評！差評！

算是徐聞地區“有頭有臉”酒店🏫，有年頭啦！無論外觀、大堂、客房空間……交通位置有點偏，早餐十分普通僅滿足解決飽腹。
不知道是什麼好日子，婚宴扎堆！6 點開始鞭炮聲一波又一波……足以證明酒店，在當地是老有“排麪”😁

從來沒有差評，從踏進酒店，前台服務員態度差的要命，酒店被子是潮潮的，整個房間充滿了一股年代的味道，而且沒有熱空調，差點凍死，更更更可怕的是，一衹蟑螂直接從身上爬下來，地方部門都不管管嗎？早上退房也不給個説法，大家一定要謹慎選擇呀

大廳燈光昏暗，户外停車地面標識也模糊，辦入住時候前台也沒主動告知早餐區域，第二天早上從二樓左轉右轉繞起又下樓梯到一樓，感覺像是外包給副樓宴會廳，早餐區域也很小，品種完全對不起300多這個價格，水果也沒有。
樓層過道一股黴味，像停業過又恢復那種衞生狀況，房間裏面也到處不乾淨，淋浴區裏面居然沒有配備任何洗浴用品，也沒有放洗浴用品的置物架，太逆天了。

我也是第三次來這家酒店了，酒店在這邊開了很長時間了，我一直都覺得這家酒店是很不錯的，前台的服務就很好，每次給我辦理入住的時候都很熱情，而且工作效率很高，這次我是來找我朋友玩的，房間都很乾凈，還有這的設施也是非常的齊全，都不需要擔心的

酒店的位置挺好，在這個火車站這邊，平時的一個出行還是可以的，很方便，還有就是這裡有這個免費的寄存服務，我這人很奇怪，出來玩東西會很多，但是又不想麻煩，在這邊弄完行李之後就開始我的旅途了

環境：酒店地理位置很好，離徐聞港輪渡不遠駕車10來分鐘車程，有個大型停車🚗場，出行很方便的，客房增送自助早餐券，早餐一般過得去
衞生：房間整潔乾淨凈，浴室乾濕分開好用，洗漱間超大配有大浴缸🛁，潔具齊全好用
設施：配置智能小度幫手，呼喚開關窗簾、電視機、空調機、房間燈光等等是很方便的。值得推薦
