The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

這次入住體驗和網上評價落差較大，着實有些失望。價格與實際體驗並不匹配，性價比偏低。早餐種類寥寥無幾，僅能滿足基礎飽腹需求；屋內配套設施也十分簡陋，缺乏應有的品質感。更讓人無奈的是服務響應遲緩，需求反饋後久久得不到解決，細節之處盡顯敷衍，實在難以給出好評。

五一住了兩天晚上。五一當天入住的冰箱，礦泉水是被飲過的，房間打掃衞生不乾淨，洗手間有毛髮，垃圾桶沒倒乾淨，廁紙都是使用過的。由於節假日，酒店用餐服食材也極匱乏，總共才十二間房，多備點原材料也不難吧？！服務人員連廚房就三人，服務員都忙不過來。環境:也不如圖片好看，水質非常臟，根本遊不了泳，停車場用作房車營地，私密性極差，大眼看小眼的，旁邊有施工現場，很吵，極本不值這個價格

在中國大陸最南端條件最好的住宿了，我之前一天住放坡村那邊，不如這裏環境美。離燈塔衹有三百米。
設施很新，智能設備好評，衞浴用品床品都很好。房間沒有電視機，但睡的很安靜舒適。餐飲也不錯，有飲料提供。管家為了我們的晚飯忙了很久，非常感謝。
有一點點小建議，房間能喝杯咖啡就好了。另外這個季節房間裏有蒼蠅，不知道有沒有辦法改善。

老闆服務態度很好，自然環境不錯，居住環境比較簡陋，住房費用比較高（2500元左右），有這個價格可以住五星級酒店了，總體性價比一般，原本親子游，想着房間門口可以泡澡看日出，但是天氣並不理想，水温很低（沒有熱水池）、沒有看到日出，所以有點大冤種的感覺。

給個差評！
環境好，在南極村地理位置優越。但內部管理跟不上，價格高出五星街酒家。
我們到達後一家三口住大床房，問管家多要一條被子，管家説沒有，滿房所以被子不夠。難道開酒店的，被子數量和房間一樣多？
早餐八點半開始，要麼客人沒有座位，站在外面自己找地方坐，要麼上了桌先等上半個小時才上早餐。端上一個餐盤繼續等二十分鐘，早餐包含了超市速凍包子和饅頭。
太不愉快入住體驗。為什麼明知道國慶假期高峯，不提前做好應急管理。
