新開的酒店，以徐聞縣盛產的菠蘿🍍命名，也是不錯的選擇。有個很大的門前廣場，前台服務員非常專業、禮貌、熱情，不僅介紹了酒店正在裝修的施工時間，也介紹了早餐位置，還有停車出場免費的處理方式，整個酒店的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，與人客氣交流，值得表揚。

因為要趕明天徐聞港進島的第一班新能源汽車渡輪，晚上決定在港口附近住一晚。在攜程上看了很多渡輪附近的民宿和酒店，一直猶豫不決。最後放棄民宿直菠蘿酒店，到達現場發現，酒店內不僅停車場大且還有快、慢充電樁，前台小姐姐熱情接待我們，還給免費升級了房型帶早餐，衞生間乾濕分離超讚👍。得知我們要去用晚餐，還特意介紹了附近的二家網紅店，我們去了首推的“三煲小院”，果然非常好吃。下次進島，還會選擇菠蘿酒店！

前台服務熱情，周到細緻，業務熟練，詳細告知注意事項和進出港事宜。為前台服務員點贊👍房間寬敞乾淨，最大亮點是停車場較大，停車方便，還有新能源充電樁。去徐聞港和海安新港都很方便。旁邊不遠就有中石化加油站。早餐也還可以。配有洗衣房。

房間很不錯，設施設備齊全，酒店前台服務也很好，耐心細緻認真熱情，尤其是安保主管吳先生更是如此，就是這次我選擇入住的是100英寸影壁房型，影壁是投影電視，如何使用準確對焦，房間沒有文字説明指導，投影很模糊，看不清楚，希望改進。

酒店超預期，沒想到徐聞的發展這麼快，酒店很新，位置也好，去徐聞港很方便。房間裏的床品也很舒服。大堂温馨的配備了鮮榨菠蘿汁。還有現磨的咖啡免費喝。晚上還送甜湯到房間。酒店洗衣，充電都方便。特別是服務員小姐姐很熱情，推薦的餐館也很好吃。希望今後酒店自己開家餐廳方便客人就餐。今後徐聞落腳還回來此。比海口方便又便宜。

酒店房間裝修精緻時尚舒適！衞生也非常好，停車場很大停車很方便，服務也非常好，特別是樓層清潔阿姨都很熱情主動問候。周邊KTV酒吧很多，娛樂消遣很方便。就是就餐有點不方便。其他方面都非常好！由於工作原因經常出差徐聞，我認為是徐聞最舒適的酒店之一。下次還會選擇入住該酒店！
