不滿有三。1，沙發床不是床，是純沙發，沙發床是可變成床的，這酒店的不能。2，app説的是三床，但實際上提供兩床被子，結果有一人冷個半死，我們十點多入住，聯繫房東反應情況，房東讓我們退，我們同行的長者都在其中一間房睡覺了，還要奔波嘛…，房東又不肯送被子。3，洗手間大異味。

酒店周圍沒什麼 詳情裏面寫了有免費瓶裝水 也沒有 買水要走很遠 早上還不開門 床單起球 躺上渾身不舒服的那種 密密麻麻的 寫的是車停地下直接上樓到房間 其實是整個小區衹有一棟有停車場 都要從那一棟停車到一樓再走去住的那一棟 還搞錯我們的房間 導致又換到其他棟

乾淨衞生，環境特別好！窗外就是大海。還特別安靜！再到徐聞的話，一定還選這裏。離海安港也特別近，房間寢具舒服！

1.被套裏的被子都長黴了
2.衞生間很多頭髮，而且熱水不夠洗2人
3.房間沒有衣架，跟店家聯繫了也不理人
房間整體看起來很舒服，但千萬不要被欺騙了，我們就是去海口想着住一晚，其實根本不需要住，直接去到海口入住還更多選擇。

在住宅小區內的酒店式公寓，陽台看出去景色挺美，有免費地下停車場，有些偏遠自駕方便，可送外賣，晚上過海徐聞港住一晚很方便！店家交代的很仔細，密碼鎖自助入住離開，與店家微信聯繫！

海景公寓靠近海安碼頭，徐聞港碼頭過去有10公里左右吧，地下停車場免費使用，性價比還可以，床品也舒服，衞生有待提高。

房間衞生很好，床很舒服～小區就在海灣邊上，走1分鐘就可以到；地下停車場可以直接上到房間，説是八塊錢一晚但是出來並沒有收費～老闆非常熱心，我們落下行李還特意幫我們送到港口，非常感謝❤️

首先説一下，環境不錯，設施很新，很舒服。
其次！！老闆人太好了吧！徐聞堵港，交通管制，導航完全行不通，我們一家大小堵在路上，以為去不了酒店了。打電話給老闆，老闆就來接了。還叫了其他人帶路。晚上十一點多，三輛小車，沖過重圍，繞了很多村莊小路，開到十二點多，終於到酒店了。簡直感動！

公寓小區內部綠化不錯，距離海安新港很近，就在旁邊，開了一天車了可以稍作
停留休息一下，可以在樓下的沙灘走走吹吹海風，公寓的客服很好，詢問一些
港口的開船時間及距離等問題會很耐性解答，總之性價比挺好的，贊一個！！！
