完全差評，茶具擺放位置不合理，小孩子不小心打碎一個茶杯，一個普通小茶杯竟然要50。最後開發票還不能給開，酒店太不行了，價格也不便宜，還不如加幾十塊住温德姆了。服務態度一般，早餐一般，招待朋友最後住在這裏，最後晚餐也在該酒店二樓，菜品壓根不值得套餐價格。菜品也不如另外幾家酒店。零頭7塊也不能抹零。做的都是一鎚子買賣，估計以後不會在定了拉黑了。

酒店新開的，選擇了套房也是比較小，但是講真，還是挺不錯的！
設施：比較新，設計也很人性化
衞生：很乾凈，不錯！
環境：在河堤旁邊地理位置很好，江景也能看到、很OK
服務：工作人員都很耐心仔細！but有個大問題，停車場雖然免費，要聽到對面，需要過馬路，然後如果suv的車是OK的，商務和行政轎車會拖底…因為我們的車拖底了，還發生了不愉快…保安會替你去吵架，但其實我們希望他能幫我們拉行李…😂

房間是剛裝修的，但是估計沒用什麼好材料，一進屋就一股刺鼻的裝修材料味，薰的眼睛都疼。樓前是個小廣場，到的時候是晚上8點多，問服務員樓下要唱到幾點，服務員説一般會到九點，結果10點半了才結束，關鍵是酒店窗户還是壞的根本關不上。吵得想睡覺都沒辦法。體驗太差了，建議去的親們多看看真實評價
