Kaishangrunshu Hotel (Xundian Nationality Unity Plaza)

I've stayed in many hotels in Xundian, but this is the first time I've given a bad review. My room, 605, was woken at 2 a.m. by car horns and slamming doors downstairs. At 3 a.m., I was woken by geese and roosters, and at 5 a.m., I was woken again by roosters. The poor soundproofing is a hardware issue. The service was even worse. I didn't sleep well the night before, so I slept a little longer the next day and went downstairs for breakfast, which was a bit late. When I got to the first floor, I was told breakfast was before 9 p.m. My family of three didn't say anything and just took the elevator upstairs. Someone in the elevator insisted that breakfast wasn't available after 9 p.m. We didn't argue, but said other hotels offer it until 10 p.m. The person then angrily said we were just 9 p.m. Speechless. We didn't say anything more and went back to our room. When I returned the room card, I told the front desk about the early morning wake-up call. The response was, "Oh, okay," with no apology. Then they rushed to the cafeteria next door. Speechless! 😓 If you have CCTV, you can check it yourself.

還行吧，比較滿意，入住的比較晚，出去玩路過住了一晚上，位置比較偏，房間還比較大，乾淨，早餐結束的比較早

這次入住體驗真的超棒！酒店位置很方便。房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一沾枕頭就睡沉了，完全沒有旅途的疲憊感～ 老闆服務超貼心，有問必答，吃飽喝足開啟一天行程太滿足啦！性價比超高，下次來這邊肯定還選這家，強烈推薦給大家～
