Hebi Xunxian Ancient City IMMERSING Hotel

It was past lunchtime when I checked in, so I ordered an afternoon tea for 158 according to the menu below, thinking that there would be some of the following dishes. The front desk clerk had a sullen face most of the time.

The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The service is warm and thoughtful. There is a parking lot pick-up service. The breakfast is rich.

This hotel needs to be reviewed seriously, because it is really worth it. 1. Location. The most delightful thing about this hotel is its location. You can see it from the west gate of the ancient city. The alley next to it is the county government and the Confucian Temple. Opposite is the Hanlin Mansion, and next to it is the Guandi Temple. It is very convenient to travel. 2. Room. The room is very clean and exquisite. There is also a small courtyard. It is very quiet. Sitting on the rocking chair in the courtyard, listening to the sound of the breeze blowing the leaves, I feel very relaxed and happy. And the smart devices in the whole house are also very convenient. 3. Service. The service attitude of the staff is very good. Any problems can be solved immediately, and a mud coo is also given. 4. Environment. The hotel is a two-story building with a very retro style. There is a leisure place in the courtyard, as well as a water system and various flowers and plants. The hotel alone is enough to have a good day. In the morning, wake up naturally, have breakfast, and then stroll in the courtyard. It is very comfortable. 5. Food. The hotel has breakfast, which is a buffet, and the taste is OK. If you don't want to eat, there are local specialties across the road from the hotel. There are all kinds of snacks on the whole street, which is very convenient. All in all, it's worth it and I will come again next time.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the ancient city, convenient for travel, beautiful scenery, rich breakfast. The front desk lady spoke gently and provided excellent service. The only drawback was that after our family of three put the two single beds together into a large bed, there were some biscuit crumbs under the bed. I guess it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was no mention of pick-up during the whole check-in and check-out process. I asked the staff how to get there after parking the car. They did not say anything when they saw that we had a lot of luggage. However, they were picking up and dropping off other guests at the same time. I don’t know if it was because the room level was not good enough or the hotel check-in was divided into different levels. Finally there is the parking issue. When I was leaving the hotel, the waiter didn't ask me anything. When I drove out of the parking lot, they wouldn't let me out. The attitude of the parking lot was very bad. "Didn't the service desk tell you that you needed a coupon to leave?" "Where's your coupon?" "I don't know, you should call the service desk, I can't help you." In the end I had to leave very angry. This hotel in this city is not cheap, but the service level I got is quite asymmetrical. The management of the hotel is loose from top to bottom and there is no service to speak of.
