This stay was a very pleasant experience! The hotel has an elegant environment and thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to especially thank Alan from the front desk. Because we brought a child with us, he was very considerate and applied for a breakfast for us, which made the child and us feel the warmth and care of the hotel. When I checked out, I accidentally left a scarf in the room. After the hotel staff found it, they not only contacted me in time, but also helped to express it back. This kind of careful and thoughtful service is really touching. In general, this stay was very good. The hotel's service exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the front desk or other staff, they showed extremely high professionalism and service awareness. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

I love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think. The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look. Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45. Overall, i plan to stay again.

Eleven parent-child trips, a family of three, for this special small holiday, I feel that Xuchang Yunjin is the most right choice, few people, good service, the price is really very favorable, not only including breakfast, but also hot spring tickets, parking is also very convenient, parking lot is large, the whole hotel environment is very good, I especially like the air, because it is not in Xuchang City. If you eat, it may be a bit far away. It starts at 10 kilometers, but generally we will bring snacks and some food when we go out. So, this can be ignored. I will go again next time. There is also a playground nearby where you can take your children. Price concessions to doubt life!

The quilt in the room on the first floor is very damp, and it is cold at night without air conditioning and warm air. The overall experience is very general.
