優點，智能語音控制，房間面積大，交通便利，停車方便（但是收費10元24小時）
缺點，衞生很差（遙控器油乎乎的，花灑全水漬，刷牙杯也不乾淨，地上有頭髮，拖鞋很臟，被子上也有頭髮，被子尾部很臟），空調噪音很大，網很差，洗手池太裏了，彎腰很深
