Service: The service attitude is good. I got a free room upgrade if I arrived early.
Facilities: I want to complain the most. In the summer, the air conditioner is not cool at all. It almost collapsed one night. The temperature in the room did not drop at all. It was useless to ask the front desk! The air conditioner is very, very difficult to use!
