入住這家酒店是遊船上小哥價紹的，停車方便，保安熱情擺車，服務員周到服務，有幫拿行李的，有幫開門的，吃飯還幫着剩飯，心都被暖到心窩了，監出發又給拿了二份小餐食路上吃。王姓的保潔阿姨也滿滿正能量！酒店新裝修設施先進，乾淨衞生，環境優美，門口西湖公園，服務超級棒

晚上九點多入住的，坐了一會發現隔壁房間的聊天聲很大，打電話告知前台。服務還是很好的，有個家庭鐘點房剛退，説沒那麼吵，清潔工打掃完給我們。半小時不到，應該是經理提着兩份小禮物，説給我們提供免費的早餐（沒去吃，睡到十點多）。這服務確實是很不錯！但是換的家庭房就差強人意，沒有鄰居的噪音，但是大門口是過道，也被吵醒。就是房間的隔音效果總體來説不是很好。新換的房間是剛打掃的，進去的時候廁所濕漉漉的，廁紙也打濕的。坐在馬桶上，可以看見白白的東西在空中飄，第二天早上起來也有，建議酒店工作人員自己可以去看看！
睡覺的時候感覺頭和腳癢癢的，醒了好幾次，不知道是不是不乾淨。。。

房間非常滿意，服務態度特別好，早餐也特別好，嗯，有免費的洗衣房，有24小時的營業部，交通很方便，景點也不錯。下次有機會再來的話還是會來的。離胖東來和曹魏古城也很近，特別方便。

酒店住的非常愉快，每個工作人員服務都很周到，床也睡着舒服，浴室乾濕分離，水很大，熱水用着很舒服，早飯也很豐盛，味道很棒，房間裏是智能的，非常方便，停車也超級方便，停車的時候保安大叔還一直幫忙指揮，真的很好，入住體驗很棒，從頭到尾都很棒，頭一次住到這麼貼心的酒店，以後有機會一定還來住。

帶孩子去洛陽玩，回頭路過許昌，正好去胖東來逛一下，酒店附近步行5分鐘就有胖東來，購物很方便。酒店整體還是不錯的，保安大爺熱情的幫忙找車位，晚上到了之後還有夜宵吃，早餐也不錯，服務很熱情，下次來許昌還住這裏！
