This hotel was a great choice! Convenience to many attractions. Impeccable service. Comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast. I think I will be staying again next I come to Xuchang.

On arrival the staff at this hotel immediately refused to check me in because I’m a foreigner. After about an hour of complaining they finally relented and allowed me to check in. Trip must delete this hotel listing to prevent this unpleasant experience for other travellers.

一定一定要給5分好評，如果可以的話我願意給5+！！！服務周到細緻體帖到讓我覺得七星酒店也未必做的比他更好吧。從前台迎賓入住到停車場泊車哪哪兒都很到位，很親切，硬件配置也很周全。預訂時是不含早餐的，但前台主動贈送給我了，並説早餐是29元一位的，我本來是沒啥期待的，誰知早餐竟非常的豐富！我真的是入住了一個寶藏酒店，我甚至都忍不住問前台小姐姐酒店是不是和胖東來有什麼關係，當然得到了否定的回答🤣我所以要這樣問實在是因為她們的服務堪稱酒店界的“胖東來”啦哈哈。

就在許昌火車站對面，空間利用的真是好，這個榻榻米房間沒浪費一點空間，東西齊全，還有洗衣液和洗面奶，離胖東來比較近，我茶具和茶葉都買到啦，服務特別好，停車場大，能停車，可以充電，臨夏（直流充電樁）

酒店真的是很棒，有一個大停車場很方便。最大的驚喜是酒店工作人員幫我免費洗車了，第二天上午離開時候才發現，有一種友情告示小卡片，確實是非常暖心，被許昌人民感動了。

高級雙床房升級了行政雙床房，房間打掃的很乾凈，前台接待人員服務熱情，酒店房間裝修確實有些陳舊了，停車很方便，早餐品種豐富，特別是五穀豆漿很好喝
