Sanding Huayue Hotel

Very satisfactory hotel. The hotel gave an upgrade. It was a surprise as soon as I entered the room. Sugar water and yogurt were given. The house environment and facilities were very complete. The service attitude was good. The breakfast was rich. The underground parking lot was directed and managed. It was really amazing. Exceeded expectations. Good! Good! Good!

I came to Xuchang to stay at Xuchang Sanding Huayue Hotel. The experience was great and I must praise it! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the meticulous service. The handsome little brother enthusiastically helped to carry the luggage and guided me to the front desk to check in. The kind smile instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The front desk staff was very efficient. While handling the formalities, they also patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me. They were professional and considerate. The room was warm and elegant, clean and tidy, and every detail showed quality. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, the hot water supply was stable, and the quality of the toiletries was also quite good. The hotel's catering brought me a surprise. The breakfast was rich in variety, with all kinds of Chinese and Western food, fresh ingredients and delicious taste. The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Cao Wei and Pang Donglai, which is very convenient. In the past few days at Xuchang Sanding Huayue Hotel, both the needs of travel and daily life have been perfectly met. I sincerely recommend it to every friend who comes to Xuchang. I've been here before and stayed in express hotels. The service was super good. I've been to Luoyang, Kaifeng, Anyang, and Zhengzhou in Henan. This is the front desk with the worst service. I suggest that the hotel strengthen its management. The 2 stars are given to the boys in suits who come in and the receptionists and boys in suits who check out the next day. They are really very good. Let me talk about the hotel's breakfast, which is very bad. They started to pack up and leave before 9:30. This is a star hotel. I've never heard of leaving before 9:30. They also turned off the lights. The people who came down at 9:30 later can be said to have been coaxed away by them and there was nothing left. They said that the meal was closed, but they hadn't completely left at that time. I've never heard of a five-star hotel leaving before 9:30. The breakfast was originally very bad, with little food and unpalatable, and they left so early. Another point is that it's quite a long walk to the Cao Wei Ancient City, which takes more than 20 minutes. And it's a commercial street, so it's not worth a trip. You have to drive to Pang Donglai, so as not to be scammed. I don't recommend staying here
