住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，衞生環境差，服務態度差，前台愛搭不理的，住過那麼多酒店這是唯一問我收按金的酒店，大冬天一滴熱水沒有，問前台説8.9點有熱水，9點去問説10點，問早上能有熱水了嗎，説肯定有，結果早上水冰冷，合著一晚都沒熱水，臨走了説長者住的房間用了一個人類繁殖阻斷器，我也是無語了，雖然沒扣錢但十分不爽，早餐更是連個雞蛋都沒有，房間裏免費的用品都像別人用剩下的。

離胖東來天使城非常近，對面就是許昌學院，我們是來考試的，從南門也可以進去考場。樓下面有一家老胡家羊肉湯特別好喝，樓下是火鍋店，晚上很濃的火鍋味道飄到屋子裡，下次選房間不能太靠近電梯，這個電梯噪音太大。

設施：房間不大，洗臉池的熱水不熱，水量太小了，洗澡時沒熱水，住宿2天都沒洗澡，早歺也不好，炒菜的菜切的塊也太大了，
服務：我們辦完住宿剛收拾好，來了個保安説房間有人住了，要我們換房間，房間都是新換的被子，房間一點都沒有人住的樣子，説給我們換個套房，到套房一看是個麻將房，我們倆人要麻將房幹什麼，我們沒換，房間空調聲音大了，晚上都沒睡好，房間太冷了，非常不好的一次住宿。

這個酒店，看上去有停車場，挺好，但是因為是高峯期，我顯示預訂成功後就給商家打電話確認。打了4個電話，掛了三個，唯一一個接了，我還沒説話，那邊説句沒有早餐，就掛了。晚上6點多到了酒店後，滿大堂的人。全是説訂房成功後沒有房。我問了個前台，我預訂了房間，直接告訴我沒有房了！我又問的旁邊前台，説我有房，就是要等到10點以後才可以。等辦理完入住。房間巨冷，空調衹能開26度，外面零下10度！！開了一個多小時，房間也沒個熱乎勁兒。而且咱也不知道掛衣服的牆櫃裏有這麼。總是時不時吱呀吱呀的響。開始以為是跟隔壁通着了。服務員來了後表示旁邊沒人。也聽到了異響！換了個房間。結果空調還不熱。睡一夜沒給人凍死！！洗澡水也不熱。換的房間毛巾還是濕的！第二天9點來鍾還沒有熱水。開熱水水龍頭和花灑都不出水。打電話給前台，前台表示，早上用水高峯期，沒熱水很正常！對於這個酒店簡直了。。

這家店真的很滿意了 訂了好多次了 都想包個常年的了，周邊設施越來越健全，有點見證發展似的 就是挺遺憾 每回都沒吃着早餐，看評論説味道很不錯 有時候是因為早餐關了 有的時候是因為早起
