We went there for our business meeting and did like the hotel.
Nice big room with great city view. Only disadvantage there is no English translation at the room so you don’t know what is included in the price.

為了好的服務來了一座城市，發現這座城市其實是很有真誠。出租車司機説酒店是許昌最好的酒店，也是最高的樓。 門口102路車可以到東站和許昌站。酒店管理得特別貼心。早餐也都是先做的食物，不是預製菜，太難得了！

奔着胖東來去的，但是沒想到剛到酒店就體驗到許昌的熱情了:前台服務人員很熱情，客房領班看到我們帶了孩子，特地給拿了床邊圍擋，又給準備小童牙刷和拖鞋，晚上回到酒店，又看到準備了水果，真的太貼心了啊。早餐種類也很多，好吃，小孩子特別喜歡！！！下次如果有機會再來許昌的話，肯定還是直奔這個酒店啊！！！

必須好評，果斷續住，由於路上遇到雨雪，沒有按説好的時間到達，路上打電話提醒我們不要着急，會為我們留房，而且還特意留了車位。到了前台，看我們帶了孩子，為我們免費升級了套房（2月14號前台的帥哥，沒問叫啥名），給了孩子免費早餐票👍👍👍

每次來許昌都會住中原，雖然離市區有點距離，但也不遠，畢竟挺安靜的。環境也好，去市區打車10元以下都能到。

1203服務很好，很熱情，臨走時忘記拿的東西酒店還幫忙把東西郵寄到家。入住很舒心，房間風景也很好，房間乾淨無異味，交通也很方便，酒店位置離高鐵還有天使城都很近。大堂整體佈局很大氣，裝修真的很好，吧枱還有茶水服務~還配了小童拖鞋。設施也很方便，停車免費。早餐自助也很豐盛。很温馨，很適合帶小朋友來，推薦！

再次回到許昌，又入住中原飯店，服務水平一如既往的高，在寒冬冰雪天裏十分温暖。特別表揚工號900小姐姐，一眼就認出老客人，並且主動幫忙拿行李，介紹酒店的各項設施和餐飲服務。另外也要給工號219小姐姐點贊，數次收銀開票過程中溝通順暢，動作高效，不亞於之前住過的國際五星

大堂很大氣，感覺富麗堂皇。前台服務很專業，熱情周到，服務體貼，還給我們升級了房間。房間的確很大，符合五星風範。窗外景色，很開闊，許昌城的高樓林立盡收眼底。客房部服務員服務態度也是超棒，主動招呼微笑服務，有求必應，值得表揚。39層是旋轉餐廳，自助海鮮很棒。
