怎麼説呢？心情很差，住的最糟心的一次酒店。3 號入住，原計劃 10號離店，也跟前台約定一次過連住 5 天（5～9 號） 的房費。4 號半夜關閉空調，出風口仍然有呼呼的風聲，很恐怖，整夜無眠。半夜打電話給前台，前台男孩子很負責的跟我溝通，並送來耳塞，承諾第二天換房。第二天回來，準備交後五天的房費，前台一個女的告訴我先搬房間，我上去一看，給我換了一間比原房間差好多的房間，當時非常生氣！想退房也來不及了，已經晚上六點了，我氣的説服務這麼差勁不住了，明天就走，前台“從從容容遊刃有餘”的説，“可以”！你見過在前台現付也無法積分嗎？有優惠券也不會提醒你使用！處處是坑！號稱剛裝修的酒店，洗手池裂開了，牆上有污漬...年齡稍大一點的店長還比較不錯，僅此而已。選擇酒店，對服務有要求的，避坑這家吧！

環境：距離胖東來時代廣場很近，就200米的樣子，走路過去5分鐘就能到，然後旁邊是一個古城裡頭沒什麼好逛的，相比洛陽來説
服務：早餐的阿姨服務很好，打掃的阿姨也特別有禮貌
衞生：挺乾淨的
設施：沒有我以前住的亞朵那麼智能，沒有小度，無法控制開關

衞生有待加強，進房間有點異味，而且房間空調不太給力，開了18度冷氣效果不太明顯，新開業半年的酒店，淋浴間花灑支架是鬆動的，就怕突然掉下來。亞朵的服務一直有自己的水準在，早餐商務風，中規中矩。地理位置很好，出門就能看到蜀城，很方便。

亞朵是一如既往的好啊！先説服務很貼心，衹要去前台，紅茶馬上到位。床品非常舒服，真是深度睡眠。酒店位置絕佳，出門就是曹魏古城，右轉胖東來，斜對面土家湘菜，樓下燴麪燒烤，還有幾百米的老房子都是我這個吃貨的福音。

這次在亞朵酒店獲得了遠超預期的入住體驗！房間設計簡約，枕頭非常舒服，所有設施都很新，小程序可以直接留言給酒店補充水和其他備品。早餐品種也很豐富，體驗感非常好。退房時前台還主動送了一瓶礦泉水路上喝，以後出行會再考慮亞朵！
