非常乾淨整潔，最讓我感到震驚的是服務非常好，前台小潘小丹兩位美女非常敬業，主動給我打電話兩次幫我預留房間，並告訴我我如何定房間價格更優惠，晚上到房間後主動打電話説有小米粥可以喝，同事都説看人家服務態度！早飯有胡辣湯粥包子鹵蛋各種菜很多東西，非常棒，必須好評

房間寬敞很舒服，前台服務很好，衞生很乾凈，新開的酒店設施非常完善，距離芙蓉湖很近，吃完飯湖邊散步很不錯，熱水很好。

房間不是一般的乾淨，花灑🚿都是亮亮的一個手印都沒有的那種，如果有機會再來許昌我還會選擇途客酒店，晚上還有愛心粥喝，阿姨送到房間很温暖

酒店房間比較舒適，價格也不貴，酒店前台的服務很好，熱情積極，房間乾淨，滿意。

住了好幾次這家酒店了，房間與網上圖片幾乎沒有差別，裝修風格簡約漂亮，房間衞生也挺乾淨的，住的很放心。尤其前台的妹妹服務態度很好，很熱情。有機會還會再來住的。
