位置：酒店位置還不錯，距離高鐵東站比較近，附近離着最近的胖東來是雲鼎店，其次是天使城。有上下停車場，門口的保安熱心負責，自駕的話還是比較方便的。
服務：前台有提供很多貼心物品，這是很多酒店都沒有的，例如口罩，漱口水，衞生巾，頭繩，酒精片等等，以及歡迎茶水，檸檬片茶葉咖啡等等。可以隨意取用。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，唯一就是洗澡水不是很熱，不知道是不是樓層太高的問題，過年期間特別冷，差點感冒了。
餐食：早餐種類比較多，服務人員體貼的幫忙接熱水，整體感覺不錯，是一家高水準的酒店

第二次入住頌錦 攜程定的房 酒店新開業沒多久 整體比較新 房間佈局比較合理 全屋智能控制 一樓有休閑區 輕奢風 進入酒店還是比較舒服的 房間裝備配置的比較齊全 客房部還很貼心的送了銀耳羹 晚上回去暖暖的 下次許昌繼續入住

已經住了兩次這個酒店了，不管從設備設施，還是還是環境衞生都沒得説！但是酒店的服務也太差勁了吧！第一次入住前台的女生愛答不理的，第二次入住前台電話十分鐘打不通。還希望貴酒店提高一下服務質量，環境這麼高雅，毀在了服務上！

這個酒店離高鐵出口很近。裝修環境非常不錯，早餐也很豐盛。前台服務態度也很好，停車也非常方便。嗯床睡得很舒服，特別乾淨，牙膏牙刷也比別人用的要好。總之性價比很高。

服務一般，關鍵是衞生和設施真是堪憂，本來好感謝前台給升級房間，結果給的都是維修房😓連着換倆房間，不是工程問題就是衞生問題，要麼就是房間新裝修味道大，新開的店，希望多提高吧！但是離東站比較近，也算是唯一一個亮點吧！
