這次回來連續開了兩天，這家酒店在縣城來説是最好的一家酒店，但服務真的就從來沒見過那個酒店有這麼差服務的，服務員在沒有經過客人允許的情況下私自進入客人房間，然後我一副太陽鏡不見了，我説了陪不陪小事情，也可以不用陪，但是我要一個你們酒店處理事情的態度，酒店的值班經理只是在幫服務員推脱責任，根本就沒有一個解決事情的態度

城區最好的酒店了，硬件設施都可以，性價比比較高。購物吃飯也很方便，不挑剔沒毛病。衞生需加強，床品衞生到位了。但洗手枱淋浴間還需努力。

體驗感很差，以為是宣漢最好的酒店，結果房間很多細節都很差，第一是進去門也是對床，還有電視是反光的也對床，洗澡沒有護髮素，打電話送來了一瓶那種打掃衞生阿姨用過的，最後就是洗澡洗一半燈就滅了，那種恐怖感，我一個女生嚇死，吹風機吹一半也是壞的，就怎麼也打不開了，整體感覺就是恐怖，像**一樣～

房間設備老舊。空調沒有冷氣，只有熱風。
服務很差。前台只有一位員工，辦理入住和退房速度極慢。交按金衹能微信，付款寶預授權也沒有。
有浴缸，但是前台一次性浴缸套和泡澡的也沒有。不衞生。
總之很差，達不到四星級標準。

別的還不錯，只是太僵化——中午因與失散多年的戰友聚餐，多耽誤了一點兒時間，與酒店商量請求退房時間從14∶00時稍稍延遲至15∶00時，被酒店果決拒絕，態度挺橫，冷稱‘延遲1小時加收半天房費’，太重銅臭不近人情嘛！
