酒店地理位置好，有停車位，停車很方便，離景區也很近，屋內設施齊全，有掛衣服的架子，衞生乾淨整潔，服務熱情，出門遊玩向前台諮詢，服務人員很耐心的指導我們，下次再來宣恩還會住這家酒店的，很滿意！

酒店位置在張家界市最繁華的地段，旁有兩個大商場，離天門山索道站打車不到10分鐘車程，房間衞生非常乾淨，空間大，大窗，設施齊全，前台、客房阿姨熱情周到，房費不高，應該是張家界市性價比最高的酒店。 還可以免費停車。

衞生間的浴門縫隙大 水都散在外面的衣服上了 花灑固定不了 會自己往上轉 不想洗頭的洗着洗着花灑就朝頭上淋……位置其實有點遠 步行走完有點累 最優位置感覺應該在墨達樓那邊

給三分都是高的，酒店位置還可以吧，在今典君瀾旁邊，因為今典評價也不怎麼好，最終選了這家。不知道大家是怎麼好評的，酒店沒有那麼新，衞生間異味，早晨電梯還壞了，很長時間沒修好，吃個早餐熱得不行，空調都不捨得開嗎？早餐很不好，不好吃！幾個廚房阿姨吵吵鬧鬧的！而且一邊餐廳嚴重的裝修味道

房間配有智能家居很方便，房間很乾凈，很舒心。特別是前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務很熱情，很貼心。退房的時候女兒沒有頭繩，前台小姐姐還把自己的髮夾送給了女兒很感動。這次來宣恩感覺這裏的人很熱心周到，給我留下了很深刻的印象。

簡直驚喜，房間乾淨，位置也不錯，可以步行去江邊，去墨達樓、文瀾橋也不遠，就是早餐不是很豐盛，好像恩施這邊都不怎麼重視早餐，整體好評
