住宿環境衞生都還不錯，酒店服務人員推薦的當地美食也比較接地氣，酒店離仙山貢水景區的文瀾橋很近就300米左右。但接話員的引導不行，問了停車場在那裡，也説的不清楚，到最後還是自己找了半天的。這個要再加強培訓下。

本次出遊，去了很多地方，但宣恩住的全季酒店給我留下很好的印象。除了酒店本身硬件設施不錯之外，前台的服務員相當熱情。有告知我附近旅遊攻略，還有用個人朋友的關係幫忙購買很搶手的乘坐竹筏的票，並根據我們在外遊玩的時間，和我們溝通，及時將票送到我們手上，讓我們體驗了一把非常浪漫的水上竹筏。

環境十分乾淨整潔衞生，我大概是最早來這個酒店入住的一批，酒店大廳設施完善、先進。給人一種舒適感。全季酒店還能自助入住和退房，電梯上樓需刷房卡，感覺安全係數提升不少，衹是這會造成一點不方便，比如晚上需要洗衣服的話衹能抽房卡斷電後再上下樓，洗衣服一般衹需要一個人就可以了，其他人沒必要因房間斷電而成羣結隊去2樓洗衣房洗衣服。如果能進行人臉識別進入電梯上下樓那就更好了

門口的小童無動力樂園太棒了，離文瀾橋看夜景也很近，走五分鐘就到了，酒店對面有商業街，購物很方便。推薦。

在湖北這一路住了多家酒店，這是最滿意的一家。酒店很新，修得也大氣，服務員態度很好。房間很乾凈，設施也很好。離文瀾橋很近，雖然不是推窗就看夜景，但周邊也不錯。宣恩並不大，但修得很美，晚上出門走幾步看夜景巴適。值得推薦。

全季酒店，都是一個標準，這家也符合全季一貫水準，軟硬件環境沒啥好點評的。
服務熱情，停車方便且免費，洗了衣服留了條服務員還幫忙把烘乾衣服送房間。
就是有一個問題，酒店新開張，房間稍有點新房的裝修味。
另外，酒店旁是一個新小區，裝修的人有點多，早上沒睡成懶覺，被裝修電錘聲音吵醒了。這個不算酒店問題，過一段時間應該就要好些。
