The front desk said that you should ask the waiter to come to the door to verify because it is a third-party platform that can't be delayed. Later, I waited. No one contacted us for a long time, and I contacted twice again. The waiter came to see that it was indeed a window problem, and waited until almost noon to barely reply that I could delay check-out by one hour.
