"The resort hotels in southern Anhui all have some Hui style of architecture, and this Junlan Hotel is the same. It is next to National Highway 329. The hotel looks quite large, probably because there are many people staying there. The originally booked room was not available, so the hotel upgraded the room type for free. I was very happy [grin]. GGuest UserThis trip to Jixi, this homestay is really a surprise! It is the most beautiful shop in the ancient village. The small courtyard is antique, the wooden carved windows and the bluestone steps are interesting, and the teahouse in the Huizhou courtyard is even more elegant. The boss is warm and caring, and he also makes breakfast for us. The seasonal side dishes are accompanied by health and warm stomach staple food. Even the tableware is blue and white porcelain! When I left the store, I also received Jixi specialty souvenirs. This kind of hard-working homestay must be recommended by five stars!

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, room was very nice and new. Breakfast was good although mostly local cuisine. Quite a bit of traffic in front of the hotel during evening and staffs couldn’t understand English. The rooms had cigarette smells and I saw a few people smoking and drinking in the rooms with their doors opened so I’m not sure if smoking inside is allowed or not. Overall I had a pleasant stay here and will come back again.

GGuest UserI was lucky enough to book a suite this time. The room was super large and the bathroom and bathtub were so clean I couldn't bear to use them. My child was diligently doing homework in the living room while I watched TV in the bedroom without disturbing each other. The front desk staff was very warm and proactively provided children's toiletries and slippers. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and hygienic, and the beef noodles and tripe were really delicious. 😋 I've definitely recommended this hotel to my friends. It's a very cost-effective hotel.

Location was close enough to where we needed to go. Will definitely stay at Narada hotels in the future.

LLloydTThe location of this hotel is at the start of the Sichuan-Tibet Line (川藏选) near the city of Ningguo in southern Anhui. We stayed one night before driving west to Tingxixiang and north on beautiful mountain roads towards Moon Bay (the Yueliangwan Scenic Area). Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. A quiet location across the road from a lake (dammed river) and bamboo forest. A clean room and good healthy food. Wonderful hosts who chatted with us over dinner and breakfast while we sat outdoors in crisp mountain air. We felt very welcome, even by the local police who were very happy to welcome a foreigner.

The leisure chair beside the bed allows you to rest comfortably.
It's just beside the gallery for the making of Xuan papers 宣纸, the complimentary entrance ticket for the guests. It's worth viewing if you would like to know more about Xuan Papers.
There's a bus stop in walking distance, but the trips are rather limited.

The hotel covers a large area and parking is convenient. The room is large, clean and tidy, and the bedding is OK. The noodles and wontons cooked for breakfast are good. This morning, I had noodles and wontons, and asked for another bowl of wontons. The wonton cooker was not satisfied and said, ”Don't waste it.” This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. There were too few guests staying, so there were few varieties of breakfast buffets, which we can understand, but I was speechless when this happened. This employee should correct his service attitude. The attitudes of other service staff were very good.

They really tried to help but they didn't know English.... they moved me to another room without a window with an unpleasant smell so I went back to the first room... at night it was more pleasant and it was fine... overall good people
