當天到店是晚7點40，入住問了泳池是中午12點到晚上8點半結束，趕去問了工作人員還是給開放遊了一會，很人性化。但酒店整體是一種逝去的舊日好時光，國營體制的服務水平，透光的窗簾和過時的傢俱，四星體驗不足。

差、差、差！房間真的是太差了，還是掛牌四星的酒店，還是評分相對較高的酒店，可是令人大跌眼鏡。房間一進去就有點味道，貌似是很久沒人入住這種房型。衞生間的燈是壞的，接線板插座是松的 ，接觸不良，冰箱櫥櫃裏的除味包是黴的，櫥門是壞的，上一次客人入住離店後的遺留物品還在，空氣清新劑乾的都發黑了……太多了。早餐也很差……從沒住過這樣的酒店

非常非常棒，不像網上説的設施老舊，相反低調的奢華，一進去就有種自己是老乾部領導的錯覺，飯菜也很好吃，價格也很實惠！

度假村真不錯，就在敬亭山腳下，好幾個樓，規模很大，前台服務熱情，客房也非常寬敞，中式裝修，中式傢俱，很温馨。設施齊全，乾淨衞生，卧具乾淨熨線清晰，衞生間乾濕分離。停車場就更不用説了，對自駕者來説是太方便了。早餐算豐盛。總之，住得滿意，好評，推薦！

家庭遊，沒有靠在一起的算了。登記時候每家多要了一張房卡，前台説每張房卡收50的按金！夢迴80年代？？21世紀了還沒聽説過房卡需要收按金的。收就收吧，大過節的前台耷拉個臉，好像按金像收他們的一樣。説按金哎又不是不退你們！不就200塊嗎！哇 好大的口氣！你一天能賺到200塊嗎？（一男一女，男的戴眼鏡）拽的不行！好，説説環境，正好碰上哪個學校多少年同學聚會，宴會廳就在房間樓上，聽了一下午的歌聲，吃完晚飯回來又在唱！快八點半還未結束！打給前台説那我上去跟他們説一下但是能不能解決不知道！很好！皮球又踢回來了！八點四十以為結束了，好嘛樓上的熊孩子們又開始踩氣球了！樓下就是咚 咚 咚！以為拆遷隊來了！九點開始收拾宴會廳了，桌椅板凳在地上拖得那聲音簡直聽的難受。早晨7點多一點樓上宴會廳拖桌椅板凳，這還睡什麼！我想請問呢我登記時候明明可以明確告知樓頂在辦聚會需不需要換房間？不換是我的事不會來點評一句！在你明確知道的情況下不告訴我這服務也是簡直了！要不是朋友先訂的這家不能退我是堅決不會選的，房間設施陳舊 廁所排風扇一開就是咣噹咣噹的聲音，不開洗個澡地上漏一灘水非常潮濕！早餐麼不談了，再差也沒有服務差！大家擦亮眼睛真的好好避避這個雷吧！！唯一值得提的確實離敬亭山近而已了！

酒店應該是在敬亭山山裡 但是好像沒有後門之類能直達景區 想要去景區也得經過景區正門。
酒店挺大 房間相當濕冷 不過空調給力。
説想要無煙房 前台表示沒有無煙房 如果進房間覺得有煙味兒可以更換。進房間後味道是沒有 但是一個屋裡竟然有兩個煙灰缸。厭惡煙味兒的人光看見煙灰缸都會開始反胃。
淋浴間密封性賊差 洗個十幾分鍾澡水全都漫出來。拖鞋底兒賊薄 一沾水就整個全濕 而且如果不小心沒站穩 必定摔倒。
酒店位置比較偏僻 周圍能送到的外賣屈指可數。房間裏倒是有個零食的價目表 結果點了兩種產品 一種都沒有 只有方便麪。
早上去早餐廳走錯樓層 有兩衹野狗從某個沒有關門的客房沖出來狂吠 這環境和生態好的讓人害怕。
