設施老舊，大床衹能睡兩個人，不適合兩大一小睡，不過配套了一個長沙發，勉強睡一個人。但整體環境給人感覺，不是很乾凈，毛巾都掉毛了，洗澡水需要自己調冷熱，洗髮水，沐浴露袋裝的。房間隔音不好，講話大點聲音就能聽見。住的頂樓，可以明顯看見房間漏水痕跡，年久失修。
