前台人員的態度不好不説，竟讓人非常來氣！我需要放一下快遞，其一邊玩手機一邊愛答不理的，讓我放這裏放那裡眼睛都不帶看一眼。質問其有沒有接受過入職培訓，****的説沒接受過培訓。一副愛咋咋滴的狀態。入住很多酒店，一百塊的快捷酒店服務人員也沒有這麼驕橫，可以説是我住過服務態度最差的酒店，沒有之一。

睡的好不好，就看運氣了，地理位置確實不錯，去哪都方便，如果碰到隔壁半夜打電話聊天的就完了，隔音太差了。半夜一點被搞醒聽一個男人和一個女人打電話，氣死了！

酒店很不錯，宣城不友好
1.又見炊煙私房菜五一節日新作了菜單，提價可以接受.通過大眾點評預付定金定了3個人的位置，12點打車到飯店，點了臭鱖魚和獅子頭等三個菜，卻説沒有達到最低消費，老闆和幾個廚師趕出來趕客並威脅客户，不要站在店門口。衹好換家店吃飯，都要排隊一小時，衹好點外賣，兩點鐘才吃上中飯
2.出租車乘客甩客，打了到敬亭山售票處的出租車，卻在離售票處3公里遠的地方把乘客放下了，走了半個多小時才到售票處。還好高德打車有定位，投訴有門
3.一個落後的地區，欺生，不會再來的地方

標準三星級老式賓館，距離火車站不到10分鐘的車程，如果你是特種兵我非常推薦，因為離網紅美食都很近，整體感覺不錯，值得入住，性價比很高。
衞生：衞生較好，只是酒店年限久了一點但並無大礙。
環境：周邊環境好就在市中心，商業有國購廣場，在當地算是數一數二的。網紅店都在酒店周邊，丁氏粉絲，寧國粑粑，魏氏混沌，丁師傅205，剛子炒麪都在附近。
服務：服務員都很熱情，特別是4樓服務員阿姨服務態度真的很好，總體感覺宣城人民都比較熱情。
早餐：這個東西因人而異第一天吃還可以，後面吃多了也就那樣。酒店周邊吃的比較多，所以無所謂了，不想在酒店吃就出去吃。

非常驚喜！本以為老牌酒店條件會差一點，沒想到非常好！乾淨衞生，設施齊全，床也很舒服，服務周到，入住退房非常快捷！看到帶小朋友主動安排親子房，備了洗衣粉這樣的細節也能想到，非常贊👍🏻值得推薦！下次還會入住。

位置好，市中心，去哪裡都近
設施屬於以前的星級賓館裝修風格，不能要求有style，但材料不錯，實際住着都還行。
床品乾淨舒適，一夜好眠
