首先是房間臟得很，這種地面你是從來沒有打掃過嗎？實在不行能不能把這破地毯揭了。晚上房間很熱，問就是沒有開。意思你這酒店就不讓開空調，即使你喊了開我也不開。總之，如果能選別的就不要住這裏了！

1，如果這是西鄉縣比較好的酒店。。。
2，整體裝修還可以，就是保養的不太盡如人意。
3，走進走廊，有一股味兒，房間地毯更是慘不忍睹，更是有嘔吐物沒處理乾淨。
4，房間有嘔吐物，要求換房，要自己去前台，我跟小孩就在烏漆麻黑的房間裏面等着，結果換了一間房地毯也是臟的一批。
5，房間沒有配洗髮水，配了一瓶沐浴液和一個半瓶的沐浴液。
6，現在應該是淡季，房價也相對較低，去年五一的時候我記得訂的是近1000塊一晚

環境衞生乾淨，設施齊全，停車方便，房間超大落地窗，可俯視縣城風景，自助早餐較多，附近有商超，比較便利，工作人員服務態度很好。

房間很大，乾淨，洗澡水也很大，路過西鄉我們定了4間房，3間提前開了空調很涼快，一間空調不太冷換到17樓了，早餐涼皮，炒菜花好吃

酒店位置很好找，停車很方便。非常不錯的酒店🏨，酒店本身的環境也很棒，乾淨整潔舒適，設施也很OK。前台服務人員特別好，原計劃住一晚，因工作需要續訂，打電話給前台就可以續訂。酒店的每一位工作人員都很nice。下次再去一定拍幾張照片

設計很合理 行李位 穿衣鏡 大高層遠景 衞生間非常大 位置也很好 走路去吃不一樣的熱米皮 打車去廊橋喝酒都很方便 唯一空調不涼快 為什麼呢。總之性價比槓槓

根本不配4星酒店 住過的最差的酒店 白天那麼熱大廳也不開空調裏面採光也不好也不知道開燈 上樓那個電梯跟桑拿房一樣 走廊過道採光也非常的不好牆上牆皮都是掉的 進房間衞生很差 地毯上有煙頭燙的洞 大半夜還有好多小蟲子 非常差

怎麼説呢。不知道這是不是這個縣城的習慣，房間裏面居然有煙灰缸，鼓勵客人在房間裏抽煙。整個房間的煙味非常大。可能小地方都沒有室內禁煙意識。
