第一次到西鄉。入住的這家漢庭酒店非常好！前台接待和餐廳服務人員以及房間的保潔員都很熱情周到！酒店的設施很新很乾凈，熱水供應很充足。二樓餐廳的飯菜味道也不錯，不貴。我們感覺很好又多住了一晚。

漢庭的牌子在那裡還是很高檔的酒店。乾淨衞生，舒適大氣。尤其是乾淨無異味，基本上是西鄉最好的酒店了。服務熱情專業，讓人賓至如歸。周圍設定也很好，好吃的多，離電影院也很近，非常方便。
總結：絕對不會踩雷，希望一直順利運營，我衹要去西鄉就會入住。

非常棒的酒店 房間設定很新 電器開關設計合理，特別是床頭燈很人性化，也很方便。新型座便器帶有加熱和照明功能，讓人耳目一新。總體感覺很棒。

客房體驗：房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代簡約，設施一應俱全。床鋪柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間內還有免費的礦泉水和茶包，非常貼心。

衞生情況需要改進，馬桶上有尿漬。服務還行吧，但其實出門在外可以給客人適當關懷，不要太唯利是圖。
