服務態度非常好，還升級了房間，非常感謝。環境很好，夜景很漂亮，吃飯也很方便，可以多種選擇，早上到索道的景區公交車一般人都比較滿，可以自行開車上去，也可以打電話提前告知要到索道，非常方便。

和朋友一起入住酒店，住的是綜合樓的房間，假期出行，重在舒心享受，住的房間雖不是最好的，但環境、衞生以及服務都比較到位，尤其是環境，在山林之中，樹木環繞，本人年紀比較大了，早上起早散步，呼吸着新鮮空氣，一天都舒心了，並且菜品也比較豐富，山珍野菜原汁原味，特別合胃口，五星推薦，有空閑時間了一定要再來一次。

這次和好朋友抵達西峽縣老界嶺景區，來了真的歎為觀止，不愧是避暑養生地，車子開到山莊內，就感到每一個毛孔都沐浴着春風的愜意，樹木叢生，百草豐茂。森林覆蓋率非常廣，是名副其實的天然氧吧。
在這裏住了一晚，這裏的住宿環境也是非常不錯，房間面積很大，乾淨整齊，服務員態度都很熱情，這次的體驗感非常好！！價格也物超所值！

房間面積挺大的，而且衞生間是乾濕分離的，因為海拔高，窗簾一拉就能看到外面的景色，山上的空氣也比較好，4月份來還需要穿厚外套，不然早晚真的會很冷，不愧是避暑勝地，感覺夏天來一定很舒服，這裏的工作人員服務也很好！

設施：酒店內設施挺齊全的。
衞生：比較乾淨整潔，床單被罩都挺乾淨的，室內衞生也挺好，無浮灰。
環境：唯一一家坐落在景區的酒店，環境整體挺好的，清凈優雅，比較適合親子出行入住。
服務：酒店服務員挺熱情的，都挺好的。

酒店在景區內，環境很好，空氣也特別好，房間乾淨，裏面木屋裝飾，舒服温馨，在家裡穿短袖，到這裏還得穿毛衣，這裏適合夏天避暑來。這裏服務員很熱情，在住的地方轉轉，走不動了，工作人員用小電車把我送回房間，真的特別好。

在景區裏，環境很美，房間乾淨整潔，服務也很好，早上一出門，新鮮濕潤的空氣鋪面而來，太治癒了。大廳有個不錯的書吧，孩子很喜歡。早晚温差有點大，需要準備厚衣服。
