房間衞生乾淨，整潔。前台小張特別好，非常耐心的幫我解決了很多問題，帶的兩個孩子也比較調皮，一直在搗亂，小張也是温柔的跟他們溝通，滿足他們很多無理要求😂之前也住過幾次這家酒店，這次體驗感最親切，有回家的感覺……

印象中宜必思不錯，但是我23日晚在西峽縣宜必思住的這一晚衹能説一句太差了，它房間的窗簾下面竟然有一雙上一個房客穿過的黑色襪子，我真的只是覺得我自己單純的腳臭，沒想到的是還有上一個房客的加持，告知情況後阿姨單純的微笑，前台小姐姐抱歉的小飲料。。。

酒店在鬧市區，房間很乾凈，熱水很大，淋浴房也很大，洗澡很舒服，乳膠枕頭睡得也很舒服，大堂二位服務員妹妹服務很熱情周到，不僅幫我恢復了華住會賬號，還送了早餐，早餐也不錯，門口停車位不是很多，晚上還被夜排檔佔了不少，但門口保安師傅服務絕對周到，這麼熱的天，在我們車前一路小跑，把我們引導到後門停車

酒店設施比較齊全，門口前面是停車場，停車方便，有保安值守，前台服務熱情，備有咖啡和菊花茶，還有礦泉水、一次性刮鬍刀、針線包等供客人取用，早餐也比較豐富，附近都是飯館

九月底入住，406房。酒店地點很好，在縣城中心，周邊商業網點很多，吃飯很方便；停車也還可以，服務很好，服務員工作到位，態度熱情，還送了早餐。房間設施也齊全，空調、熱水都很好，衞生也不錯，不足之處淋浴房在洗澡時漏水較多（估計是淋浴房設計中無導水槽，隔斷與地面連接的密封膠老化）。早餐很好，不是應付式的，感覺到了誠意。
