I was staying in the city for a cycling and running race. The hotel staff is very friendly and took care about everything I need. The room was great and very clean. I had a very pleasant time in this hotel and would definitely recommend this to other guests.

Icame to Xiwuqi for a cycling race. I have to give everything a 5 star review because of the front reception staff. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. The staff help solve my logics problems and went above the expected for service. My room was spacious and clean with good quality linen and towels. Hotel is close to great convenience store and spa. Unexpected pleasant stay in this small town.

酒店馬桶下面漏水，設施很老舊，遙控器上還有毛髮，床品也不好，彈簧床，用手都能摸到一個個的大彈簧，一晚上睡的隔的渾身疼，與500多的價格不符合，屋裡一股味道，對了還有空調還不製冷開了一晚上更熱了，製冷效果也不好。

設施：插頭有點少，電視機下方的插頭衹有三角的，兩口插頭被電視機擋住了，充電不是很方便
衞生：阿姨打掃很勤快
環境：乾淨衞生
服務：因為來西烏旗比賽，比完賽需要洗完澡再退房，前台的小白姐姐很熱情，幫忙延退房到3點，真心感謝！😊

西烏旗地方不大，但是這個酒店還是不錯的，雖然不是多豪華，但是作為路過休整完全夠用了，前台小妹妹顯然在旺季忙的很疲憊，但是依然微笑有禮，有求必應
