這家酒店目前是非常可惜的！ 我們大小5人，定了3間房，房價共計大概700元這樣，應該在白音花來説不算低了！房間的設定和設備很好，新的酒店，就這一點是值得説的！其他方面就沒有辦法： 第一，前台在辦理過程非常冷漠，整個過程沒有笑臉，沒有主動詢問，好像我們欠她錢是的！入住後要去吃飯時下雨了，借個雨傘要按金100元，幾把傘就壓幾把，這個感覺很不好，現在了，有太多人不換傘嗎？ 第二，早餐寫的是7-9點，我們5個8:30去已經沒有什麼東西了，三個餐廳服務員就站在那裡，東西沒有了也不和客户溝通一下，意思就是有什麼吃什麼的感覺。更有甚者，一個服務員把一位顧客剩下的一個包子直接放回了原來的餐盤的位置，你們搞清楚這個是剩下的包子，一個包子成本3毛錢，不至於重複利用吧！第三，早上想跟前台要2瓶水燒點熱水喝，不給水要收費，2瓶水1元，酒店老闆不至於吧！感覺很不好啊！

有點出乎意料，面積挺大，乾淨整潔，設施也不錯，看着挺新，我們是路過，臨時定的，性價比很高。還含早餐，雖然簡單了點，這個價位也是合理的。二百。前面隨便停車，附近有個聚福來酒樓，菜量很大，味道不錯，經濟實惠。

忘記拍房間照片了，酒店很新，乾淨整潔，停車就在樓下隨便停。早餐也不錯，涼菜熱菜粥包子奶茶豆漿油條水果雞蛋都有。周邊葯店便利店和飯店很多，我們去了一家吃蒙餐的，叫巴特爾還不錯

房間很乾凈。在西烏珠做個經停。不過早餐7點半到9點。8點去空盤的。也沒加。不知道做的什麼。樓下附近很多吃的。也可以不買早餐。

房間寬敞明亮，住的很舒服，房間都是智能設備，用起來很方便。女兒進來的第一句話就是，哇，這裏太漂亮了，我喜歡。孩子們高興，大人也跟着高興了。對於來草原旅行的人們來説，這裏雖然在一個鎮上，但是環境和價格絕對超值，比住在西烏旗合適。

進內蒙十幾天，一路對攜程訂的酒店，對酒店員工的印象都挺好，唯這家很令人無語。
優點：衞生還行，停車方便。
缺點：
1、房間很小，面積不到23平米（含衞浴間一共開間4.2mx5.4m），攜程頁面介紹為35一40平米。
2、攜程頁面介紹房間有部分禁煙，專門備註了請安排無煙房，到了前台説所有房間都是可吸煙的。請安排做無煙處理，回答説衹能開窗開空調抽一下。
3、訂單備註了請安排遠離電梯的房間。17點到店，拿房給了一間正對電梯門的。要求換房，先問進房間了嗎，説沒有進去才給換了一間。上樓發現這間正對着餐廳樓梯口。再次要求換，回答説其他的房間都已全部入住，沒有空標間換，但是有大床房，讓取消攜程訂單，前台重新開一個大床房，我沒有同意。19點後，前台打來電話，説又有房間客人還沒有入住，可以換了，才換到沒有對着樓梯的房間。
綜上所述，無論酒店宣傳還是員工培訓，都給人留下了極不誠信的印象。作為攜程近二十年的老用户，難得給了一次差評。

剛開的酒店，平時出門衹選連鎖，恰好找到白音華唯一的連鎖酒店，價格也不高就下單啦，遠遠的就看見樓頂好大一個牌子，果然住連鎖是不踩坑的，入住後發現房間衞生超級好，工作人員服務熱情，房間裝修的也很有檔次，長長的走廊和別具一格的大廳裝飾是我喜歡的類型😊登記時時遇見這家酒店的店長，給我們講了很多當地的風土人情和美食，本次入住體驗超級棒，推薦

前台辦理入住太慢了，不知道是什麼原因，環境衞生都很不錯，鏡子對身高高的人不太友好，得半蹲着才能看到我的臉，衞生間花灑不是很好用。
