We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, hotel staff ran over to help us with our luggage — such a warm welcome! We were happily checked in and even personally walked to the nearby ticket office (about 5 minutes from the hotel), where they helped us purchase tickets with no hassle. They also patiently explained the route to our destination, marking everything clearly on the map. The hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were truly impressed by their service and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel — it made our stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Very Nice Hotel, beautiful and modern. Good location nearby ticket office and bus station. Services is very impressive to take care of customers especially Mr. 周琪润 (Zhōuqírùn). 👍

The amenities looked modern on the surface, yet they could be better maintained. For instance, the shower drain was totally plugged and the entire bathroom was flooded with water after my shower. It was frustrating that I had to mop the floor right after taking a shower :( On the plus side, the staffs were commendable and service was excellent. We were always pleasantly greeted and felt welcome by all. A special shout out to a young staff called Zhou Qirun; he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was always eager to assist my husband and I during the entire duration of our stay. His positive attitude and valuable assistance were very much appreciated!
