入住此房間體驗感（並未提及其他房間）以下衹是我的個人感受）1:房間是重裝修的，房間風格一般2:我住的房間運氣不太好，連一次性牙膏牙刷，棉拖都給我忘放了。3浴室花灑水不能開太大，不然，接口處也會漏水。4:地漏排水不通，洗完澡，半天水滲透不下去5:牆皮破損，部分瓷磚還有脱落狀況6:一樓門鎖有問題，玄關處卡卡的（並不是智能刷卡門鎖，而是鑰匙）7:私自斷我空調電，第一天有電，第二天一早空調就沒電了，以為我們抓緊時間旅遊都走了8:隔音不太好，沖廁所的聲音特別大，大早上，人從門口走過，在大廳吃飯的聲音都能聽見。總結:雖然房費並不是很多，七十多塊錢，但是，起碼一個標準的服務，還是有的，並不是很挑剔，而是認為，既然評分這麼高，就要做一些往更好的方面服務，儘量與所展示的圖片相符和，注重細節，本身就是在旅遊景區，更應該給遊客一個正常且完整的住房體驗，而不是停滯不前，希望店主看到之後更改一下，注重一些細節，增加一些住房體驗，讓遊客不僅在雲台山欣賞美景，而且遊累了，住房好好休息，讓體驗感更好，望店主看到加以改正。以上是個人住宿體驗，僅供參考！

實事求是的説:老闆的服務不錯！要吐槽的是客棧房間的裝修真是不行。牆壁是老式的壁紙，電視也沒有。最受不了的就是衞生間:蹲式便池，衞生間味大，通風和排風扇都不好，房間裏都是味，還有洗澡的熱水忽冷忽熱，體驗很不好！另外就是房間連個桌子都沒有，拖鞋也是隨意放，一看就是穿過的！總之，衞生堪憂，希望老闆早點改善！

酒店這個價位很不錯，起碼比旁邊某鼎好多了！因為訂的那個連房都不關，直接把我的訂單取消了也不通知。這個衞生條件還行，就是三人間三樓的開門有小飛蟲，其他性價比槓槓的，小老闆娘也很棒👍🏻推薦

雲台山很值得來，小貝殼客棧也值得入住，離景交車站近，訂了兩間房，衹拍了大床房的照片沒拍三人間的，都很乾凈、舒適、安靜，老闆娘很熱情的給我們推薦遊覽路線，但是我們因為時間關係第二天沒能再去遊雲台山，衹遊玩了水的部分，票三天有效，有機會再來。

景區裏的客棧，離售票處景區觀光車站太近了，非常方便。周圍吃飯也方便，價格不貴。店主服務特別到位，幫助規劃旅遊路線，做的飯菜特別好吃。再來旅遊還會來她家。非常愉快。

環境：安靜，方便。
服務：周到，耐心。
