房間衞生一般，毛巾浴巾上有污漬痕跡，沒有吹風機，空調是統一供暖沒辦法調節。床頭電話打前台是空號，手機打服務電話是佔線狀態。
優點是房間大，價格優惠，在鋁廠園區裏，比較安靜空曠。

差，很差，特別差！空調不涼，第一天用的掛式空調，挺涼快，第二天賓館把掛式空調關了，衹讓開中央空調，中央空調一點也不涼，來了師傅看了看説是剛開，運行一會就好，結果運行了一晚上也沒涼，出了一身汗，晚上也沒睡好
.第二，沒有涼水，洗澡時很燙，結果八點才來涼水.第三，沒有will，無線網用不了.第四，從攜程上訂的這家賓館，到了賓館後還讓交200元的按金，按金還讓交到個人賬户上（退房的時候退了按金），按金交到個人賬户是違規的！第五，酒店沒有任何説法，連句抱歉的話都沒有説，一直再解釋所有的設備都是在維修，更換中

#位置交通距離雲台山非常近開車9分鐘。#服務還可以，有問題也會立馬解決。#房間設施設施齊全，就是水壓有點小#衞生不知道是什麼原因，房間被子上有小蟲子。不過服務員態度很好，立馬給解決了，換了床單，床的上下都檢查了蟲子。#早餐熱菜冷才都有，主食饅頭配粥
