Shanghai is extremely hot this year. In response to the call of relatives there, my parents took a quick trip. I originally planned to go to Xiuwen to escape the summer heat and stayed for a while. Who knew that Xiuwen was also too hot to go out during the day and the hotel environment Very good, there is a hot spring, the heat is given up. The service in the state-owned hotel is not the best, but I would like to express my special thanks to Manager Xiaoxu for taking care of my parents. Because of the hot weather, my parents came early. He also personally welcomed my parents and allowed them to check in early. The environment is good, maybe in the off-season. Since I don’t have much to eat, I can only change my plan and go somewhere else. If I have a chance to go to the Literary Society again, I will continue to choose Duofang Pavilion.

體驗最差的一次温泉酒店，電話溝通下午三點入住，五點到的酒店，很大的前台大廳衹有一個人在辦手續，前台一堆人在抱怨埋冤速度慢，體驗差，好不容易辦完入住，五點二十到的房間，結果開門一看沒打掃房間，房間臟亂不成樣子，震驚了這是一個星級酒店該犯的低級錯誤嗎？協調工作人員，一層樓打掃衞生就一個人，遇到打掃的阿姨説就她一人打掃，五點也要下班了，説是協調其它房間，明明網上還有房間再銷售，卻告知沒房間了，然後就等主管協調打掃，臨近6:40才電話告知打掃完畢可以入住了。一個星級温泉酒店，再是週末人多，在提前預訂的情況下，是不是該提前把衞生打掃好，還有未打掃的房間為什麼就安排入住了、讓客人站在臟亂的房間無處落腳嗎？總之第一次入住酒店遇到這麼離譜的服務與體驗，希望酒店好好管理別為了吸引客人來基本的溝通服務都不會做了

酒店服務還是非常好，雖然很多是當地村民但是很熱情，離景區也近，出入很方便，整體還酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，景色非常漂亮，設施方便，我們帶了小孩還主動給我們換的更大點的房間，酒店的梅花鹿性格很好，我家寶寶一點也不怕！總之這次入住體驗感非常好，下次還要來。
