工作人員非常熱情，酒店是個星空帳篷，空間很大，帶獨立的衞生間。空調效果很好，設施很齊全，就是有些地方衞生有點沒做乾淨。每個帳篷有個獨立的小院，早上起來空氣清新。

設施：差勁，被網上騙過來的，酒店裡麪什麼都沒有，根本不想網上説的那樣可以玩水有娛樂設施，建議帶寶寶的千萬別來，全是蟲子而且很熱服務：從景區進來帶着寶寶要走10幾分鐘，有接駁車也不送，個個工作人員姿態得很，辦理入住辦理了40分鐘，而且基本都要走路，如果想等車10分鐘起步，還得又位置的情況下，根本不是隨叫隨到，兩個長者家帶小孩又曬又熱開接駁車一分鐘都不可以送一下乘客，就很無語！衞生：我就不説了，你們自己看酒店的沙發，還有裏面的蟲子滿天飛，寶寶盯了一臉包，腿傷手上全都是，不知道是來度假還是來受氣，渡劫的。位置：裏面大，但是沒人氣，晚上都不敢出來，別的景區晚上還有吃的，這裏吃飯都成問題，晚飯5:30接駁車就沒了，從景區門口大包小包拎着外賣進來，附近就兩家店，不好吃，要麼就開車半小時去縣城裡麪吃，來回要一個小時。早餐7:30開始，8:30結束一個小時，愛吃不吃，錯過了時間就餓着吧！總而言之，不好玩。遊玩的東西就是住宿會送你飛躍套票，但是！送你上山卻不送你下來，你要自己另外買項目才能下來，滑梯和漂流額外收費，要不然你衹能走一個小時的山路，並且好多山路是木頭搭的梯子，感覺很多都鬆動了，很嚇人，不好玩，體驗感很差，如果帶寶寶特別不建議，又累又遭罪！
