這是有史以來最沒想到一件事，因為是給婚禮送嫁的親戚住的，所以提前快一個月定的房間，結果當天到店被告知酒店無房了，我衹能給你安排大床，我們説我們不接受這個處理方案，要不就我們幾個標間換雙倍的大床，酒店又説不行，後又再説要不你退了，酒店出錢去附近重新訂過房間，結果自己一看附近因五一漲價又不行，然後就不管我們了，就一副你要住就住的態度，也不解決問題，就讓我們一大幫人站他酒店前台，他自己酒店店長就走了，後面打攜程投訴電話和消費者投訴電話都沒解決，在此衹能通過評價來告知大家選他家酒店要再三慎重，無什麼服務可言，本來因結婚大家開開心心的，這樣一下大家心情都不好了，訂房慎重再慎重，本人已經踩雷了

極差的體驗，酒店面對一條馬路，晚上很吵，影響睡眠，早餐八點半就什麼都沒有，服務員説客人太多了，沒辦法。住了兩天，一餐早餐都沒吃，都是八點多就啥都沒有了，視頻自己看吧。

我3月9日住這店就一般般，由於第二天要趕車去另一個縣城，我5月31日中午打電話給這個酒店諮詢前台，接電話的服務員態度極差，一幅愛住不住，愛理不理的口氣，並且還説不住就算了，我有錄音為證。希望貴店老闆好好教育一下5月31日中午接電話的這個前台接待員，像這種服務會讓住客越來越少。
