Facilities: Quite new, the lobby is not big but feels good. The water heater has no cold water. It's so hot that I lose my hair when I take a shower.
Hygiene: Clean
Service: Yes, the front desk is very responsible, and the breakfast is good.

總分必須5分滿分！這家是邊城景區內唯一集於停車，電梯，空調，花園陽台，景觀位於一身的新裝修酒店。位置就在邊城碼頭邊上，一樓大堂走下樓梯就是碼頭，邊上就是飯店，超市，便利店和景點都很近。酒店有自己停車大院，車停大院直接電梯上大堂和房間，非常方便長者。房間帶景觀陽台非常出片。房間有大屏幕投影看劇很爽。晚上也很安靜，老闆娘熱情好客服務很好。必須滿分，要不是假期有限，真想再多住兩晚就吃吃喝喝睡睡懶覺徹底放鬆自己。😎😃

和朋友訂了兩間房，樓頂帶露台，樓下兩個卧室，也有陽台。外面的嘈雜一點都沒有影響。觀景位置極好。酒店大堂設計的也很温馨，早餐比較多但是也用心了。整體體驗很好，如果住的差來這就沒啥意思了。在陽台上看水景，享受。節假日期間周圍晚上有唱歌的不過到十一點就停

五一計劃比較早訂得比較早，像這樣好的民宿早已滿房，酒店很新，公共區域很正點，就算訂不上景觀房也可蹭蹭公共區域，公共區域有茶吧，風景雅坐，經營用心，房間飲品純水配充足，唯一未能照顧好老茶蟲習慣，如果房內配個茶包什麼的更好。地理環境好，樓下就是拉拉渡那個打卡平台，切記節日打卡請早，拉拉渡8點開跑，8點前就排隊人潮淹沒景點了，住這真的超方便早點起床一落樓下就打上卡，我7點落樓打卡人已稀稀拉拉了，離三不管島也是巨近，這島鄰近翠翠島，望過去茶峒外觀構成巨美畫卷。不得不説酒店老闆和服務生都好nice，衹要有要求老闆都慷慨答允，早點豐富老闆細緻詢問要否添加，臨回程要求多要幾瓶水也是無問題，老闆如此大度一定越辦越好！

房間超級棒，酒店前台服務特別熱情，服務很周到會介紹遊玩攻略，老闆推薦當地人吃飯的地方也很棒 好吃又實惠，酒店也有停車場停車很方便，老闆親自出來接待！酒店的早餐很棒前台也會幫忙打包回來，也可以去店裡吃，酒店離拉拉渡還有打卡點都很近，房間可以看到整個江景，最棒的還可以圍爐煮茶邊喝茶邊欣賞美景美滋滋！
