假期帶家人遊齊雲山，住了2晚。酒店前台考慮到是一家人，特地升級了行政大床並將2間房安排在隔壁。房間很新沒有異味，床墊承託力好，床品柔軟，一家人2晚都休息的很好。酒店早餐為中西結合，食材品質不錯，麪條的澆頭較有特色。小長假第二天因為住客較多，早餐補充有些跟不上，需要加強假期承載力。酒店前台推薦的附近幾家餐廳，沒有踩雷，物美價廉。總之是在附近自駕遊非常推薦的一家酒店。

酒店今年新開業很乾凈，房間佈局挺別緻的，空間感不錯，還給升級了房型，早上起來才發現還有陽台😂 拖椅子出去曬了會兒太陽補補鈣

前台毫無應急經驗，二部電梯出問題，回房間打電話，電話是故障的。用手機打，前台不緊急處理電梯事故，反而一再強調房間固定電話是好的。固話是好是壞，派個人上來試試就知道了，跟客人強司奪理有啥意思呢？此時，是否最應該處理電梯事故呢？

環境：環境優美，尤其在大堂，很有感覺，有下午茶就更好。
服務：前台美女coc0服務態度也很好，對我們很熱情，看我一家三口入住還提前準備放了小童洗漱用品，很細節。

自駕返程回上海途經黃山市搜到休寧新開的華美達酒店，便豪不猶豫的下單入住，果然出乎意料的好，房間設施齊全完善空間寬敞明亮，迷你吧小冰箱裏飲料水很充足且免費哦，特別誇一誇小余經理，特意為我們四個人開放二樓餐廳用餐，菜品出奇的好吃精緻，非常推薦。

我們一家人過來玩，早餐味道不錯，前台的小美女coco的她非常的服務周到，整個驚呆了，整體環境非常不錯，還有贈品，嗚嗚嗚真的太貼心了。裝修非常有品味，店面也很好找，停車也方便，交通非常便利，這點誇誇，下次還會再來。

酒店的環境優雅，大堂可以坐着休息，前台的服務員coco專業熱情，因為我早上趕火車來不及去餐廳，特意提前準備早餐讓我帶走。
酒店設施齊全，有配備的洗衣房健身房，距離齊雲山風景區20分鐘車程，入住體驗好，每日清潔房間，很方便，強烈推薦。
