The tree hotel is absolutely amazing and I would love to come back at any time. I booked the Jimo house and although a bit of expensive it was worth this great experience. You are only surrounded by the trees and this house let the morning light in by the specially designed glass windows! All bathroom is at a normal hotel level. You cannot drive your car into the forest area, so the service personnel will pick you up and drive you to the house and restaurant. With the booking cam along a number of vouchers and a free dinner! Very nice and exciting at all!

齊雲山景區邊上非常有創意的一個酒店，離遊客中心很近。酒店大堂，餐廳，房間很分散，必須要酒店的擺渡車接送，早餐還不錯，非常精緻，比涉外五星級酒店我覺得都好。衹是房間不怎麼樣，我訂的是北美風格的集裝箱房間，卧室很少，衞生間更小了，説實話不適合我入住體驗，性價比我覺得不值，但是，給予行業的困難和堅持精神，特別是服務和創意，我給予五星好評。

如果不是為了這個樹屋特色就沒必要訂這個酒店了，純為了體驗特色樹屋。酒店標了五星，服務，餐飲和設施離五星還是差的一大截的，感覺工作人員都很努力，但應該沒有大酒店集團的那種系統培訓意識，要持續維持好評和好生意覺得老闆還得多付出。拿五一假期客流高做託詞也掩蓋不了本質。
兩點：1.有接駁車用於酒店範圍內接送的酒店還是住過不少的，這家的響應率是最差的，一定要預留10 - 20分鐘時間，否則會耽誤行程，最不可思議的是晚上小鎮活動散場，客人高峯迴酒店時間點，佔地面積這麼龐大的酒店居然衹安排了一輛接駁電瓶車來回接駁，很多客人滯留在大門口，已經很晚很累了還要在門口站很久很久。2.酒店餐廳的水準慘不忍睹，甜點和歐包沒有一個達標的，連超市西點水準都達不到，這是非常讓人詫異的，巧克力蛋糕是酸的，跟服務員提出讓他們自查，他們回答一句“絕對不可能”！可過了一會兒就默默的收走了甜品。自助早餐住了4天三晚，天天重複完全不換也是服氣的。
最後説一下房間衞生間的設計又小又逼仄，轉不過身無法置物，淋浴房沒有玻璃是浴簾洗完澡水漫金山衞生間都沒法進去了。這是硬傷也沒有辦法因為是樹屋麼。晚上有火車一直鳴笛，如果聲音敏感的不要住了。房間窗簾都是透的私隱性堪憂。連住三晚，一晚燈塔2晚守望者，如不退房中間的打掃還是很草率的。酒店內的萌寵樂園和別的自由家遊樂場項目還是維護的比較好的，因為自由家營地是另外對外營業的。

酒店無論是整體條件還是工作人員的素質值得肯定，剛入住就把發生了門鎖損壞的情況，工作人員第一時間就過來進行維修。晚上看完打鐵花就有擺渡車開到門口接送，非常貼心。園內趣味性活動較多，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，非常值得來，已經推薦給朋友，都要帶娃來體驗。齊雲山文旅值得表揚，齊雲小鎮居然不要門票，互動體驗感超強，這在其他地方是不可想象的，這是一段難忘的旅程。有個建議：房間床頭充電的地方太少（充電面板升級成帶usb 接口的面板），還有房間床頭沒有燈控集成開關。

五一定了兩晚上，住在不同的房間。
設施：到達前台後車就要停在停車場，接下來的樹屋裡的旅程都需要和前台聯繫調動內部車輛，像在景區坐觀光車一樣。房間設施很完善，該有的都有，需要插線板前台還幫忙送到屋子裡了。
環境：超絕！住在森林裏吸氧，腦子什麼都不用想。最後一天捨不得走。
服務：很好👌響應很快，車輛五一有點忙不過來也正常，希望加強。

一流的環境，齊雲山很美，樹屋酒店也很美，帶娃玩很方便。五一假期工作人員忙飛了，但是始終態度都很好，接觸到的前台，管家，接駁車工作人員都很友好耐心。娃小的家庭慎住閣樓樹屋房型，床太高了上下不方便，而且上面有點悶熱，優先考慮其他房型吧。

適合小盆友，一種特別的出行體驗。
環境很不錯，但是房間有蟑螂，酒店說都是定期消殺的，但是還是有蟲子，酒店環境的特殊性有蟲子也不可避免，特別介意的就肯定不適合住，蟑螂很大😂。
電瓶車出行方便，但有的駕駛員沒眼色不會幫忙主動提行李。
營地的活動適合小一點的孩子。
餐廳的飯菜還可以，早餐不算豐富。

第一關於房型：這個積木房型對睡眠淺的人非常不友好，房間中間有一個巨大的中空玻璃，沒有任何遮擋天一亮屋裡就全部亮了住了兩天都是五點多孩子們就醒了，非常無奈；而且房間非常小，避雷此房型；第二關於服務：第一天到達停車場，準備去前台辦理入住，開接駁車的工作人員直接問我們是哪個房間？看不見我們還拿着行李沒辦入住嗎？我們帶着兩個孩子一個推車還有行李，他也絲毫沒有要下車幫忙的意思，還指責我們行李放的位置不正確。很是無語；感覺整體熱情的工作人員不多，孩子們和接駁車司機都有打招呼，得到熱情迴應的寥寥無幾；第三關於早餐：50-60%為預製菜品，油炸類，糖果類，麪包類均不是餐廳自己出品，就連現煮的小餛飩都是外面送進來的，因為房間太亮起很早衹能去吃早餐，8點到達餐廳廚師説：小餛飩還沒送來；總結：五一兩晚6k的價格不算特別便宜，但和對應的房型服務餐飲相去甚遠，和我住過同類型的酒店中算的上是非常差的了，能感覺的出來想往高端方向走，但不能衹有價格高端，其他方面需要進步太多太多。
