本來沒有意見，畢竟這個價格，我是晚上八點多九點到的酒店入住的，第二天鄰近退房想上去休息一下，問了前台超時加收20一小時，我上去，房間裏面正在搞衞生，床單被套都拆了，也沒裝，坐了一會兒來了電話也沒有睡意就下樓退房，前台之前説超過一二十分鐘沒關係，又説要加收，態度惡劣。

衞生床邊地上很多長頭髮，不可能是我一個男的。入住當晚下水道很臭，第二天早上大堂下水道也湧臭水，整個大堂都是。
環境不好，工地很吵。
服務也不行，首先開錯房間後重開，反映電吹風問題也衹忽悠不處理。
設施上，房間裏電吹風機明明老化故障，前台硬説是啟動過熱斷電保護機制，什麼機制衹能吹8-10秒後斷電，停2分鐘後才能重新吹！！！
電視大屏幕非常模糊。

非常非常非常差，洗澡的地方沒窗簾，找前台，前台説那又怎麼了，我尋思她可能覺得洗澡都得跟外面互動是吧，放毛巾的地方是壞的，洗手間有下水道返臭；牆壁沒幾塊是乾淨的，不明污漬一塊塊的；我跟室友都不抽煙，但房間有煙味，應該是上一人留下的，床單上有煙灰，床褥上有一塊黃色污漬，床單床褥都有很多塊補丁；晚間外面建築施工到深夜

哎.第一次住這酒店.無語了.大半夜對面房間打麻將開着門.打麻將的帶着小孩在走廊上跑來跑去又吵又鬧.夜裡1點了把我吵醒.打電話給前台更無語.前台來了一句對面是麻將房沒辦法.要不你去跟對面説下.你把他們門關上就行了.最後在我追問下.我説你們酒店讓住客去説.最後前台才找人去説.不會説了沒用 依然吵

酒店也不算很老了，房間地毯是真臟，估計日常就是維護酒店大門門樓了。精選觀景房正對醫院大院和路邊，很吵非常之吵，窗子還關不上！浴室玻璃門是半垮的，下面都歪掉了！！
