總體來説一般。提出建議，一是房間有股味道，好像什麼發黴了。二是水供應問題。7點多停水了，10點多來説了，早上7點多又停水了，怎麼保證水供應，商家應該思考一下。三是噪音**擾。廣場開篝火晚會，搞到11點多，能不能開早點。開空調，正好主機在車頭，就像有個拖拉機在旁邊。嚴重影響休息。整體希望家鄉項目越辦越好，更多人來體驗一下，能有更好的體驗。

環境很一般 沒什麼人氣 可能是因為沒什麼人吧 感覺找個服務員都難 整個景區感覺沒人管理一樣，放車外觀很臟 一看就是長期沒打掃的 總體感覺不太滿意！

近兩年來住過的最差的酒店 沒有之一！管理體系老土，完全沒有服務意識。上坡上別墅門口沒有設計合理的停車位，造成停車混亂。房車露營處沒有設計臨停 行李要拿上拿下。晚上還停水，半夜十點半左右才來水，還被叮囑要快洗 以免再次打雷閃電停水，而且，水非常小！退房的查房要久等，久等！最後，夏天這個地理位置太熱，完全不推薦夏天去！
唯一需要表揚的是酒店的小蔡帥哥人很好，能盡力幫忙解決問題！
另外，説個跟酒店無關的事，希望對下一位旅客有幫助。附近龍潭峽漂流設計有缺陷，上下水位差過大，對遊客身體健康有極大風險。望大家提前預估好風險在決定要不要漂流！最後祝大家都能在別處找到更合適的地點，有個完美的假期！
