服務一般，房間設施特別差，大冬天，沒有暖氣，凍**，熱水和涼水差不多，沒法洗澡，凍**，和前台説，前台説天氣還暖和不開暖氣，各方面都很差，設施老舊，你能受得了就去住吧🙏我這輩子都不會去了,垃圾

我們第二天退房的時候非説我們喝房間的蘇打水了 房間裏除了那兩瓶免費的礦泉水其他我們都沒有動過 還是扣了按金 最後我們打了兩次電話去聯繫才解決 服了

1.洗浴沒有洗頭膏與沐浴乳 買不起嗎？
2.房間衞生幾乎給不打掃一樣，床邊全是用過的衞生紙 請不起人嗎？
3.浴室全是水垢 黃不拉幾的 這麼大個酒店請不起打掃衞生的人嗎？買不起一個除垢劑嗎？
