在華潤大學裏，佔地大有大草坪人工湖環境周邊無敵，酒店房間裝修較新，衹是不理解為什麼衞生間推拉門是透明玻璃的，缺乏私隱沒有安全感。有小孩酒店送了風箏，可以在草坪附近放孩子挺開心。酒店早餐的餐廳不大，高峯期人多嘈雜。中餐廳菜的味道不錯，但是人手和服務意識不太足，菜單居然衹有兩本，點餐服務員衹有一位，需要追着服務員和菜單點餐。

華潤大學的酒店，第二天打算去白洋澱看荷花，看到這家酒店外部環境很好，就定了
這家酒店的保安可差勁了！強烈建議重新培訓！！
晚上七點左右去吃飯，酒店餐廳離住宿的地方三四百米，旅途大半天已經很累了，快到地方了，被保安告知今天客滿，不接待了，兩個餐廳接待不了我們四個人，我説我們排隊等唄，那也不行，我説那能去哪吃飯啊，酒店附近沒見着有吃飯的地方，保安説那我不管你們出去吃，反正我這不接待了。開着電瓶車扭頭就走！
我得感謝這個保安，我們雖然很累但是大眾點評搜吃到了好吃的灶台魚！
吃完回酒店已經很晚了，酒店門口能停車的地方很少，停車的地方燈光也很暗，就看不清楚有沒有車位，保安過來也不幫忙看一下，就説沒有車位你們就去另外的停車場，我們一家四口老的老小的小，另外的停車場離酒店不知道有多遠也不知道在哪，你再問他能不能就近停了，保安就四個字：這是規定！神**規定
沒遇到過這麼鬧心的酒店，出來住酒店不就是為了圖個舒坦麼，華潤還搞什麼大學培訓，先把你們自己保安培訓培訓吧！

房間不錯，床很舒服，成品質量也挺好，總的來説硬件很好。
但是服務太差了！寫的是2點入住，我們3點到，九間房，衹有兩間能入住，剩下七間都沒有打掃。前台説因為攜程給上一個客户延遲退房特權，所以晚了，也可以給我們延遲退房。我們提出不需要延遲，可否贈送早餐（房間含8人早餐），前台答覆不行，我們讓她提出別的解決方案，她説沒有，且早餐做不了主，需要請示領導。然後就去了辦公室，之後再未出現。催促前台其他人，其他工作人員毫無反應。等待二十分鐘後，來了個很瘦的男的，説：你們的早餐都贈送了，這樣你們滿意了吧？！
真的是開了眼了！硬件達標，軟件可能很難達標了。我們最後一個房間打掃好衞生是四點半！

服務：
針對前台，理解為啥差評中有説服務的了，前台的小妹真的是完全不看客人，把我給的2張身份證扔回一張？給我整個莫名其妙的？前面有另外2對客人也在吵架，第一次見這麼'熱鬧'的入住，請酒店規範下員工訓練吧，經理的話術也需要提升一下，給我説的是"出來玩不想生氣"，這不是勸架，是你們服務有問題，酒店要正式問題説這話沒懂啥子意思？
後面補早餐，前面吵架的不知道原因説給人升級房間，不管什麼解決方案還是把根源的服務正視起來
針對早餐的所有服務姐姐就都很好，禮貌熱情！
衞生和空調：可以的，但不推薦住陰面，房間特別潮濕，沒有除濕機問過，空調也不可調問過
設施：酒店很大，確實挺漂亮的，那個運動場味道很大，沒法運動
環境：很大，綠植不少，蟲子也不少，還有就是飛絮

意外發現的寶藏酒店，酒店坐落於華潤培訓中心，內部建築別具一格，園區內就一家酒店，綠化超級棒，大片的草地的樹林，湖裡可以撈小魚，夜景也很棒，在酒店就可以玩上一整天，酒店旁邊還有太平洋咖啡，店員小哥哥不光帥氣，還送了自製的烏梅桂花冷飲。

從雄安站下車，打車半個多小時便到了木棉花，陽光明媚的午後，漫步在如森林公園般的酒店裡，十分愜意。基礎設施還是比較完善，不但有健身房，還有籃球場、足球場，甚至還有一個專門的咖啡館

足球，籃球，網球，羽毛球，乒乓球都有，適合團建。早餐豐富，中餐廳味道也不錯。西餐下次嘗試。酒店綠化特別好，早上遛遛彎不錯。

木棉花酒店是此行的驚喜。元旦假期也沒有什麼人，園區特別大，白雪皚皚，寂靜美好。房間裝修風格非常喜歡，設施都比較新，床墊軟硬合適，睡得很好。要求加被子，迴應也很迅速。木地板也很有質感，下次還想再去。
