這家酒店的服務真是太周到了，每一個細節都考慮得非常周全，管理人員都在親自接待，真是讓人感到賓至如歸的感覺。包括前台接待小李服務也是特別的好，還有個叫小宋的小夥也是挺周到，有帶行李直接給送到房間。酒店房間衞生乾淨細節也是很滿意，酒店的位置也是非常優越，交通便利，周邊環境優美，酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道可口，特別值得推薦的酒店。

第二次住他們家，房間很乾凈，前台配備小零食和果汁，小夏非常有禮貌，工作很專業。早餐非常不錯，種類很多，退房小楊還給贈送小禮品，特別温馨，好評！房間裏是乾濕分離的設計還有電動窗簾智能馬桶很喜歡。是個度假休閑的好地方，環境太好了

垃圾！一個四星級酒店沒有電視投屏，也沒有任何應用軟件可看劇，從基礎設施到解決問題都讓人失望至極。
首先，一開始出現投屏無法搜尋到設備問題，我們自己判斷是兩個網絡不一致，酒店衹開放了一個guest網絡，但電視上既不是這個，甚至都不是我們這個房間。聯繫了微信上客服和前台，先是讓一個啥也不知道的大媽過來，大媽説自己叫一下工程的人。工程的大哥一進門就説一整天收到好幾個處理投屏問題的，但都解決不了。我們23點到店，請問這一整天是處理什麼了？基礎設施不完備，專業的技術師傅也沒有。
其次，在一系列無法解決的操作後，我跟攜程投訴，在攜程向酒店瞭解情況的過程中，酒店推諉説是“可以投屏，是住户手機連不上”😅我和男朋友一個蘋果一個安卓都連不上，我當時就説酒店找個人，能現場連上我一個字不多説，然而酒店開始找理由推遲解決，説現在晚上前台沒有權利給解決方案，那麼我請問十一國慶，遊客最多的時候，一個酒店晚上連一個能管事的值班經理都沒有，如果出事誰能保證？
今早攜程反饋説，酒店承認就是不能投屏，對於昨天那一出推卸責任的搞笑插曲一筆帶過，且毫無任何補償措施，畢竟按照酒店口徑“我們已經入住一晚了”😅
最終攜程協助我們退訂第二天的房間，全程幫助我們解決問題，但是由於酒店的不專業造成本次出行需要臨時換酒店，體驗感極差，希望酒店能夠先正視自己問題，夠不夠這個四星級酒店標準，你要是300多一晚我啥話不説，800一晚上的酒店，這種設施和服務，真給我整笑了。

房間寬敞，早餐很好。酒店在景區裏面，服務員態度一般，保安玩手機根本不管門口車已經停滿了。酒店緊靠一所學校，早上6點高音喇叭開始早操，讓人沒法睡覺，睡眠淺的謹慎預訂。
