五一假期想到山西忻州古城看看，不知選那家酒店入住，在網上看到麗楓酒店好評份最高，立即預訂。入住後感覺真的沒讓我失望，前台工作人員耐心為我辦理手續，還倒上茶水，送了愛心水果拼盤，還為我解決了想繼續住一天的困難（由於假期房子緊張），真的太感謝你們的貼心服務了！

第一次帶家人來忻州，雖然待的時間不長，但是給了我們遊客很好的體驗，性價比很高，特別是酒店的環境，管家式的服務，還有給小朋友準備的小禮物，離店時還有當地的特產做為伴手禮給客人，很温暖的一座城市，點贊👍

去五台山在忻州落腳，選了這家評價很高的麗楓酒店。
我們是從忻州西打車過去的，大約20分鐘左右，酒店周圍很熱鬧，有大超市，小飯館，晚上還有夜市攤位，離古城步行也不遠。
房間很大，沒想到這個價格能住到這種房間，很驚喜。
前台接待的男生女生服務很好。
唯一硬要説一個缺點，就是洗澡水温忽冷忽熱。

保温過的礦泉水
離忻州古城大約1km 可以直接步行過去
大約10分鐘 酒店位置就是當地CBD 很多吃的
很值得推薦

酒店服務也很貼心，一進門就送上來熱毛巾和熱茶，我腳崴了，前台經理特意給我送來了冰塊，真心感謝！房間整潔乾淨，家庭出遊很方便，配套很齊全早餐可口，車位充足地理位置優越吃飯購物都很方便

非常滿意的體驗。
設施：很全。特別是房間裏的小冰箱解決了水果保鮮的問題。
衞生：很乾凈。沒出現任何問題。
環境：很繁華的位置。離忻州古城1.2公里，溜達着就可以過去。星巴克、漢堡王或者其他常見快餐都有，很方便。
服務：工作人員熱情洋溢。辦理入住時贈送水果，還有熱茶喝。很幸運，免費升級了房型，房間還是古城夜景的。此行十分滿意。下次來還會選這裏。

酒店位置非常好，離古城很近。旁邊就是飯館商場，是來古城玩非常好的選擇，衞生乾淨。這兩年在山西旅遊比較多，普遍酒店沒什麼服務可言，但是這家麗楓的是服務很好！每個工作人員都很熱情，比在前一天行程住的萬豪都要強很多很多，再來古城玩首選依然住這裏。

酒店位置非常好，附近有大超市，有地下停車場去古城非常方便，因為到店已經很晚，酒店前台接待服務還是非常好，尤其是前台李海燕服務熱情還準備了梨湯，很貼心，點贊！酒店房間挺大，乾淨衞生，離店時前台還準備了瓶裝水，細節挺到位，下回來忻州還會入住！
