説是酒店可以點餐，等了一個小時也沒送過去，2點退了房，人都走了，酒店又打電話催退房。真是無語了。服務太差！

房間一進門很大的煙味還夾雜着各種説不出來的味道，孩子呆了5分鐘鼻子就不通氣了，而且衞生超級差，床上的頭髮，地毯上的油污，衞生間裏的水漬，讓我懷疑怎麼評上的四星，太差了，前台換了兩個房間都是這樣，退房也不給退，説換個大床也説沒有，明明網上掛着有房就是倆字不行，這麼多年攜程訂房第一次遇到這種情況，真是硬件軟件都差到要命，第二天晚餐6歲的孩子也要收費差到極點，大家千萬不要訂這個破酒店太差了

服務太差 ，房間反鎖不了,換房間説滿了也不給換 ，修也不給修，説什麼智能鎖外面開不了 不用反鎖，實在是太晚了，孩子和長者都累了，遷就了吧，下次去肯定不會去了，床單上有黃污漬，無語，

我認為酒店我認為酒店服務有待改進
設施：看到忻州一個比較新的酒店，價格在忻州比較高端的，感覺肯定不錯就訂了，但是一進房間，打開空調，半個小時沒有降下來温度，始終是27°，聯繫總枱才找到維護人員解決，然後就是洗澡，洗了一會下水道不通，水溢滿了往外流了，一看也不能洗了，
服務：
我認為酒店服務有待改進，1112房間你們趕緊檢查一下，客人進店，368的價格享受你們這樣的服務，我不心甘。

🚗 交通：交通便利，離古城不遠
🧹衞生：房間內非常乾淨，智能化很方便，電動窗簾等等，而且小度也提供了很多有用訊息，超讚👍🏻床墊絕對提高睡眠質量，玩兒一天睡眠極好，床品好。裝修好，施工看的出，很精細。
🍃環境：環境好，大堂明亮大氣，前台服務人員都很不錯，雖然拍照片少，但這裏真心推薦，質優價格並不高。
🔔服務：停車區的大哥服務很棒，也喜歡嘮嗑，第二天我們走的時候還聊了一會兒，特別用心。認真負責！前台也很好，總之，這裏環境好，位置好，服務好，滿分💯好評滿分💯推薦。對了早餐也是極好的，早餐品質灰常棒👍🏻很喜歡。

這是一家剛開業不久的酒店，我搜了一下在忻州就發現這家酒店各方面都比較符合我的要求。從前台到服務員都很盡責，態度也很友好，辦理入住效率也很高。酒店客房很大很舒適。有人工智能的設備，包括智能坐便器，很方便很舒適。14:00~17:00還有下午茶。停車場管理人員服務也很到位。早餐菜品也不少。周邊餐館也很多，用餐很方便。距新州古城也就7公里左右。
